三极并联复合齿轮泵优化设计与仿真研究
[Abstract]:With the development of hydraulic transmission and control technology, the research and development of new gear pump is more and more important for the development of hydraulic pump technology. As a new type of gear pump, the three-pole parallel composite gear pump has the advantages of small pulsation of flow rate and low degree of radial force imbalance compared with common gear pump. Compared with the new structure of other gear pumps, the three-pole parallel composite gear pump has a simple structure. Easy to manufacture the advantages of good technology. Therefore, the three-pole parallel composite gear pump has a broad engineering application prospect. Based on the calculation formula of instantaneous flow of common gear pump and the law of displacement variation of meshing point, the instantaneous flow rate of three-pole parallel composite gear pump is studied, and the formula of instantaneous flow calculation is deduced. Then, the instantaneous flow characteristics of the three-pole parallel composite gear pump are studied, and the instantaneous flow pulsation curves of the two cases are generated by MATLAB. It is pointed out that when the driving gear is not a multiple of 3, the three-pole parallel composite gear pump has better instantaneous flow characteristics. The radial force acting on the drive gear is zero, and the three-stage parallel composite gear pump has better radial force characteristics. Taking the minimum volume of pump body as the objective function, the gear parameters of the three-pole parallel composite gear pump are optimized. In the process of establishing the objective function of optimal design, the volume of pump body is replaced by the volume of assembly hole at the top of four gear teeth, which can accurately reflect the volume of pump body compared with other expression ways of volume of pump body. In this paper, a new 3D searching method is used to solve the mathematical model of the optimal design of three-pole parallel composite gear pump with MATLAB, and the optimization results are obtained. The proposed objective function and a new 3D searching method provide a simple and effective method for the optimal design of the three-pole parallel composite gear pump and provide a reference for the optimization design of the common gear pump. Based on the results of optimization design, the solid model of three-pole parallel composite gear pump is modeled, and the internal flow field simulation of its two-dimensional simplified model is carried out by using the dynamic grid technology of Fluent software. It lays a foundation for the internal flow field analysis of the three-dimensional model of three-pole parallel composite gear pump and creates the conditions for the simulation of the internal flow field of the gear pump based on the dynamic grid technology.
