聚乙二醇润滑油在蜗轮蜗杆传动中的应用

【摘要】:目前,聚乙二醇类蜗轮蜗杆润滑油虽然已经存在多年,在国外已经成为蜗轮蜗杆传动的主要润滑油,但在国内,大部分蜗轮蜗杆传动还在使用矿物油或合成烃润滑油,聚乙二醇类润滑油的使用只占很少部分。 本文运用摩擦学理沦,通过分析蜗轮蜗杆传动的特点和矿物油、合成烃及聚乙二醇三种基础油的特点,进行台架评定试验对比三种润滑油在温度、效率和抗磨损等方面性能,试验对比三种润滑油对蜗轮蜗杆传动中轴承的保护性能,再结合成本分析,论证聚乙二醇类润滑油在蜗轮蜗杆传动中的优势,以便促进其在国内工业生产的推广应用。 试验研究结果表明:聚乙二醇类蜗轮蜗杆润滑油在温度、效率和抗磨损等方面的优势,,在性价比上也有很大的优势。 本文的研究结果对聚乙二醇类蜗轮蜗杆润滑油在国内的应用和推广具有实际指导意义。
[Abstract]:At present, although polyethylene glycol worm gear lubricating oil has existed for many years, it has become the main lubricant of worm gear and worm drive in foreign countries, but in China, most worm gear and worm drive still use mineral oil or synthetic hydrocarbon lubricating oil. The use of polyethylene glycol lubricants is only a small part. In this paper, by analyzing the characteristics of worm gear and worm gearing and the characteristics of mineral oil, synthetic hydrocarbon and polyethylene glycol, the performance of the three lubricating oils in temperature, efficiency and wear resistance is compared by bench evaluation test. By comparing the protective performance of three kinds of lubricating oil to the bearing in worm gear and worm drive, and combining with the cost analysis, the advantages of polyethylene glycol lubricating oil in worm gear worm drive are demonstrated in order to promote its popularization and application in domestic industrial production. The experimental results show that the temperature, efficiency and wear resistance of polyethylene glycol worm and worm lubricating oil have great advantages in performance-to-price ratio. The results of this paper are of practical significance for the application and popularization of polyethylene glycol worm gear and worm oil in China.
