SSWZ330型十字轴万向联轴器的运动学和动力学仿真

【摘要】:由于SSWZ330型十字轴万向联轴器的加工质量问题,导致使用寿命大大降低。利用CATIA三维建模软件对其进行三维实体造型后导入到ADAMS运动仿真软件中,对联轴器处在不同轴间角时的运动变化进行仿真;在联轴器输出轴的变化负载和结构存在不平衡质量产生的惯性力作用下对中间轴进行动力分析。结果表明:在使用该联轴器工作时,尽量使用小的轴间角,当轴间角较大时,中间轴的运动和受力的幅度都会变大,导致寿命降低;联轴器要保证加工要求,如果存在不平衡质量,也会导致联轴器的寿命降低。
[Abstract]:Because of the quality problem of SSWZ330 type cross universal coupling, the service life is greatly reduced. CATIA 3D modeling software is used to simulate the motion of the coupling when the coupling is at different angles between shafts. Then it is imported into the ADAMS motion simulation software. The dynamic analysis of the intermediate shaft is carried out under the influence of the varying load of the output shaft of the coupling and the inertia force caused by the unbalanced mass of the structure. The results show that when the coupling is used, the small shaft angle should be used as far as possible. When the shaft angle is large, the range of movement and force of the intermediate shaft will become larger, which will lead to the decrease of life. If there is an unbalanced mass, the life of the coupling will also be reduced.
