基于遗传算法的ERP和柔性作业车间调度系统的研究与开发

【摘要】:进入二十一世纪,我国经济迅猛发展,综合国力也得到了大幅的提升。其中,制造业作为国民经济的基础,更是得到了跨越式的发展。中国正在逐步成为世界制造强国,并在为成为世界制造中心的宏伟目标而继续奋斗。与制造业的蓬勃发展不相匹配的是,制造企业对于企业资源管理系统,即ERP系统重要性的认识还不到位,应用水平还很低,应用范围不均衡。这些都大大制约了我国制造业的发展。 在应用ERP系统从企业宏观的角度对制造企业的主生产计划(MPS)、物料需求计划(MRP)和能力需求(CRP)计划进行编制后,需要从制造车间微观的角度对机床和人员进行调度,即进行作业车间的调度,以快速完成产品所需零部件的加工。经典的作业车间调度问题(JSP)与实际生产脱节,不能适用于实际生产。而柔性作业车间调度问题(FJSP)是对经典作业车间调度的进一步发展,它更加结合生产实际,对实际生产具有一定的现实意义。 本文以设计出一套ERP和柔性作业车间调度系统为目标,以ASP.NET为开发环境,以Visual Studio2008和MATLAB R2008a为开发工具,以C#为开发语言,以Microsoft SQL Server2005为后台数据库,在设计出改进遗传算法的基础上,开发出了基于遗传算法的ERP和柔性作业车间调度系统。该系统首先从企业的实际需求出发,依据企业总体规划和企业提供的基础数据,从宏观上对企业的主生产计划(MPS)、物料需求计划(MRP)和能力需求(CRP)计划进行编制,,并生成相应的计划;然后系统以企业ERP系统生成的计划为基础,从企业制造车间的角度出发,从微观上对作业车间的资源进行优化调度,并在调度过程中应用智能优化算法-改进的遗传算法,使车间资源的利用率达到最大化。 综上所述,该ERP和柔性作业车间调度系统的开发实现,特别是应用改进遗传算法进行柔性作业车间调度,是对ERP和柔性作业车间调度协同进行的一种尝试,对于制造企业如何规划生产和进行生产调度具有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Enter 21 century, our country economy develops rapidly, the comprehensive national strength also obtained the substantial enhancement. Among them, the manufacturing industry as the foundation of the national economy, but also a leapfrog development. China is gradually becoming a world manufacturing power and continues to strive for its grand goal of becoming a manufacturing center in the world. What does not match with the booming development of manufacturing industry is that the knowledge of the importance of enterprise resource management system, that is, ERP system, is not in place, the application level is still very low, and the application scope is not balanced. These have greatly restricted the development of our manufacturing industry. After applying ERP system to compile the master production plan (MPS), material requirement plan (MRP) and capability requirement (CRP) plan of manufacturing enterprise from the macroscopic angle of enterprise, we need to schedule the machine tool and personnel from the micro point of view of manufacturing workshop. That is, job shop scheduling, in order to quickly complete the processing of components required by the product. The classical job shop scheduling problem (JSP) is out of touch with actual production and can not be applied to actual production. The flexible job shop scheduling problem (FJSP) is a further development of the classical job shop scheduling, which combines the production practice and has a certain practical significance to the actual production. This paper aims at designing a set of ERP and flexible job shop scheduling system, taking ASP.NET as development environment, Visual Studio2008 and MATLAB R2008a as development tools, C # as development language and Microsoft SQL Server2005 as backstage database. Based on the design of improved genetic algorithm, ERP and flexible job shop scheduling system based on genetic algorithm are developed. The system starts from the actual demand of the enterprise, according to the enterprise master plan and the basic data provided by the enterprise, from the macro point of view, the main production plan (MPS), material requirement plan (MRP) and the capability demand (CRP) plan are worked out. And then the system based on the plan generated by the enterprise ERP system, from the point of view of the enterprise manufacturing workshop, from the micro point of view to optimize the scheduling of the resources of the job shop. In order to maximize the utilization of job shop resources, an improved genetic algorithm (GA) is applied in the process of scheduling. To sum up, the development and implementation of the ERP and flexible job shop scheduling system, especially the application of improved genetic algorithm for flexible job shop scheduling, is an attempt to cooperate with ERP and flexible job shop scheduling. It is of practical significance for manufacturing enterprises to plan production and schedule production.
