基于分派规则和离散人工蜂群算法的再制造系统生产调度

【摘要】:回收件质量的不确定性使得再制造的加工路径、工序工时具有随机性,极大地增加了生产调度的难度。研究分派规则和回收件输入序列对再制造系统性能和生产调度的影响。采用C++语言编制再制造系统调度仿真程序,用来模拟再制造系统动态运行过程,并求解再制造系统的性能指标。在分析再制造生产线特性的基础上,设计了总流程时间最小、跳跃次数最小等多种分派规则,通过实验设计分析不同规则对生产线性能的影响,评估各分派规则的优劣及其适应性;采用改进的离散人工蜂群算法进行寻优,以获取最优回收件输入序列。通过与标杆Nawaz-Enscore-Ham(NEH)规则的对比分析,验证提出的改进人工蜂群算法在再制造系统生产调度中的有效性。
[Abstract]:Because of the uncertainty of the quality of recycled parts, the process path and working hours are random, which greatly increases the difficulty of production scheduling. The effects of dispatch rules and the input sequence of recycled parts on the performance and production scheduling of remanufacturing system are studied. The simulation program of remanufacturing system scheduling is developed with C language, which is used to simulate the dynamic running process of the remanufacturing system and to solve the performance index of the remanufacturing system. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the remanufacturing production line, several dispatch rules, such as minimum total flow time and minimum jump times, are designed. The effects of different rules on the performance of the production line are analyzed through experimental design. The advantages and disadvantages of each assignment rule and its adaptability are evaluated, and the improved discrete artificial bee colony algorithm is used to find the optimal input sequence of recycled pieces. The effectiveness of the improved artificial bee colony algorithm in the production scheduling of the remanufacturing system is verified by comparing with the benchmarking Nawaz-Enscore-Ham (NEH) rules.
