多油楔滑动轴承动特性计算及其影响因素的应用研究

【摘要】:液体动压径向滑动轴承是轴承中的一个重要类别,在旋转机械领域应用广泛。滑动轴承是旋转机械的重要部件,其动特性对转子的动力性能有很大的影响,直接关系到设备的安全稳定运行。企业在计算转子动力性能时需要知道滑动轴承的动特性数值,而滑动轴承的动特性又与诸多因素有关,因此计算及分析滑动轴承的动特性,并确定有关影响因素有非常重要的实际意义。本文以多油楔液体动压径向滑动轴承为研究对象,以雷诺方程、能量方程、粘温关系的建立和数值求解为理论基础,利用计算机这一工具建立模型计算滑动轴承的动特性系数,及转子的动力性能,分析各有关影响因素对滑动轴承及转子动力性能的影响。本文主要工作如下: (1)根据相应理论模型编制出适用于计算多油楔滑动轴承动特性系数的计算机程序,可与计算转子不平衡响应的程序相结合,形成一套完整的计算转子动力性能的程序,进行转子动力性能计算 (2)计算了进油压力、进油温度、宽径比、油叶布置方式等因素变化时,滑动轴承对应偏心率下的动特性系数,并分析了这些因素对滑动轴承动特性的影响规律。 (3)针对工程应用中的具体转子,计算了上述因素变化时,在相应的滑动轴承动特性系数下,转子系统的不平衡响应,并分析了上述因素对转子系统动力性能的影响规律。 本文计算所用的数据大部分来自工程实际,计算结果和所得结论可为工程应用提供一定参考。
[Abstract]:Hydrodynamic radial sliding bearing is an important type of bearing, which is widely used in the field of rotating machinery. Sliding bearing is an important part of rotating machinery. Its dynamic characteristics have a great influence on the dynamic performance of the rotor, which is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the equipment. Enterprises need to know the dynamic characteristics of sliding bearings when calculating rotor dynamic performance, and the dynamic characteristics of sliding bearings are related to many factors, so the dynamic characteristics of sliding bearings are calculated and analyzed. It is of great practical significance to determine the influencing factors. In this paper, the fluid hydrodynamic radial sliding bearing with multiple oil wedges is taken as the research object, the Reynolds equation, the energy equation, the establishment of the visco-temperature relation and the numerical solution are taken as the theoretical basis, and the dynamic characteristic coefficient of the sliding bearing is calculated by using the computer model. The influence factors on the dynamic performance of sliding bearing and rotor are analyzed. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) based on the corresponding theoretical model, a computer program for calculating the dynamic characteristic coefficients of multi-wedge sliding bearings is developed, which can be combined with a program to calculate the unbalanced response of the rotor. Forming a complete program to calculate the dynamic performance of the rotor. (2) when calculating the oil intake pressure, the oil inlet temperature, the ratio of width to diameter, the arrangement of the oil blade, and so on, The influence of these factors on the dynamic characteristics of sliding bearings is analyzed. (3) in view of the specific rotor in engineering application, the variation of the above factors is calculated. The unbalance response of the rotor system under the corresponding dynamic characteristic coefficient of the sliding bearing is analyzed, and the influence of the above factors on the dynamic performance of the rotor system is analyzed. Most of the data used in this paper come from engineering practice, and the results and conclusions can provide some reference for engineering application.
