基于时变可靠度的全寿命系统维修决策模型研究

【摘要】:可靠性、维修性是设备全寿命周期研究中不可缺少的概念,维修性与可靠性是密切相关的,二者都是决定设备或系统有效性的因素。本文通过建立基于时变可靠度的全寿命系统维修模型,探讨系统全寿命周期内可靠性、维修性的变化规律,研究相关可靠性、维修性指标的求解方法,并对如何通过工程实际数据得到模型相关参数进行分析。本文主要研究内容如下: (1)研究基础的维修理论;通过理论推导,建立基于时变可靠度的全寿命周期维修性模型。 (2)研究基于时变可靠度的维修模型的维修间隔期和可靠度计算问题;应用模型分析系统可靠度变化情况。 (3)应用MATLAB语言编写模型相关计算程序;应用C语言编制模型计算界面;在MATLAB环境下对相关数据进行仿真拟合,得到系统主要维修性参数的预期函数。 (4)研究如何通过工程实际数据来确定模型主要参数的技术方法,通过实例验证该方法的可行性。 (5)引入效益度函数,将可靠性指标与经济性指标相结合,用于判定系统的极限技术状态,确定系统的全寿命周期。 (6)进行模型可用性的验证,应用模型对某设备监控系统的维修性进行优化,并与采用其它模型的方法进行比较分析,得到新模型的优点与不足。
[Abstract]:Reliability and maintainability are indispensable concepts in the research of equipment life cycle. Maintainability and reliability are closely related to each other. Both are the factors that determine the effectiveness of equipment or system. In this paper, by establishing the maintenance model of the whole life system based on time-varying reliability, the variation law of reliability and maintainability in the whole life cycle of the system is discussed, and the method of solving the related reliability and maintainability index is studied. And how to get the relevant parameters of the model through the actual engineering data is analyzed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the basic maintenance theory is studied. Based on time-varying reliability, a life-cycle maintainability model is established. (2) the maintenance interval and reliability calculation of maintenance model based on time-varying reliability are studied. Using model to analyze the reliability of the system. (3) using MATLAB language to write model related calculation program, using C language to compile model calculation interface, to simulate the relevant data in MATLAB environment, The expected function of the main maintainability parameters of the system is obtained. (4) the technical method of how to determine the main parameters of the model through the actual engineering data is studied, and the feasibility of the method is verified by an example. (5) the benefit degree function is introduced. The reliability index is combined with the economic index to judge the limit technical state of the system and to determine the whole life cycle of the system. (6) the model availability is verified. The maintainability of a certain equipment monitoring system is optimized by using the model, and compared with other models, the advantages and disadvantages of the new model are obtained.
