摩擦与啮合复合传动V带动力学仿真与试验研究

【摘要】:本文在系统分析国内外对V带传动性能研究发展现状的基础上,归纳总结了摩擦与啮合复合传动V带的结构和传动性能特点。基于摩擦与啮合复合传动V带的静态性能及试验方法的分析,制定了以摩擦与啮合复合传动V带的顶胶层、线绳、底胶层的弹性模量和横截面积求解带的弹性模量方法,进行了带的顶胶、线绳、底胶的拉伸试验,采用ANSYS-WORKBENCH软件对摩擦与啮合复合传动V带进行了拉伸仿真分析。建立了摩擦与啮合复合传动V带横向振动和纵向振动耦合数学模型,采用Galerkin截断法对振动方程进行了化简,应用龙格库塔法对化简后的振动方程进行了求解。对带的横向振动进行了分析;采用Recurdyn多体动力学仿真软件建立了摩擦与啮合复合传动V带的刚体和刚柔模型,对摩擦与啮合复合传动V带横向振动和应力分布进行了仿真分析。在游梁式抽油机上进行了摩擦与啮合复合传动V带和联组窄V带传动性能试验对比分析,为摩擦与啮合复合传动V带的传动性能的研究提供了一种可行的研究方法。
[Abstract]:Based on the systematic analysis of the research and development of V-belt transmission performance at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the structure and transmission characteristics of V-belt with friction and meshing composite transmission. Based on the analysis of the static properties and test methods of V belt of friction and meshing composite transmission, the elastic modulus of the top rubber layer, line rope and bottom rubber layer and the elastic modulus of the cross section area of the V belt with friction and meshing compound transmission are established. The tensile tests of the top glue, wire rope and base glue of the belt were carried out, and the tensile simulation analysis of the V-belt with friction and meshing compound transmission was carried out by using ANSYS-WORKBENCH software. The coupling mathematical model of transverse and longitudinal vibration of V-belt of friction and meshing compound transmission is established. The vibration equation is simplified by Galerkin truncation method. The simplified vibration equation is solved by Runge-Kutta method. The transverse vibration of the belt is analyzed, the rigid body and rigid flexible model of the V-belt of friction and meshing compound transmission is established by using Recurdyn multi-body dynamics simulation software, and the transverse vibration and stress distribution of the V-belt of friction and meshing compound transmission are simulated and analyzed. In this paper, the transmission performance of V-belt with friction and meshing compound transmission and narrow V-belt with joint group are compared and analyzed on the beam pumping unit, which provides a feasible research method for the study of the transmission performance of the V-belt with friction and meshing compound transmission.
