一种交流伺服电机泵的试验研究

【摘要】:研制出一种交流伺服电机泵,伺服电机与柱塞泵采用同壳同轴设计,实现了电机转子与泵芯同腔浸油,整个伺服电机泵对外无旋转动密封。在不同转速、不同负载压力下,通过对伺服电机泵的噪声、流量和电流测试与试验研究,分析影响噪声的主要因素,为交流伺服电机泵的降噪设计及性能优化提供试验依据。
[Abstract]:A kind of AC servo motor pump is developed. The servo motor and piston pump are coaxially designed. The motor rotor and the pump core are immersed in oil in the same cavity. The whole servo motor pump has no rotating dynamic seal. Under different rotational speed and load pressure, the noise, flow and current of the servo motor pump are tested and tested, and the main factors affecting the noise are analyzed, which provides the experimental basis for the noise reduction design and performance optimization of the AC servo motor pump.
