某铜冶炼风机事故分析及应对措施

【摘要】:某铜冶炼厂风机运行时间不足一个月即发生飞车事故,轮盖及叶片整体从轮盘上断裂脱落。分析表明,风机进口管路设计不合理,大量酸液冲击腐蚀风机叶轮是事故发生的根本原因。通过改进现场的进口管路,有效减少了进入风机的酸液,叶轮受到的冲击腐蚀明显减弱,风机的工作环境得到极大改善,确保了风机的正常运行。目前风机使用状况良好,改进效果显著。
[Abstract]:The running time of fan in a copper smelter is less than one month, and the wheel cover and blade are broken off from the wheel disc. The analysis shows that the design of fan inlet pipeline is unreasonable, and a large amount of acid impingement corrosion is the root cause of the accident. By improving the inlet pipeline in the field, the acid entering the fan is effectively reduced, the impeller is obviously weakened by impact corrosion, the working environment of the fan is greatly improved, and the normal operation of the fan is ensured. At present, the fan is in good condition and the effect of improvement is remarkable.
