工程机械液压管件在制品管理系统设计研究

【摘要】:随着工程机械行业的迅猛发展,液压管件作为其重要部件也得到了快速发展。为了提高工程机械液压管件企业的市场竞争力,必须实时掌握生产动态。在制品作为产品生产过程中的重要形式,,存在于生产过程的各个环节。对在制品跟踪、库存及质量的有效管理,可以及时掌握生产信息,从而使企业在行业中立于不败之地。因此,本论文结合兖州金城宏达机械有限责任公司生产情况,对在制品管理系统进行深入分析和研究。本文的研究成果总结如下: (1)提出利用成组技术制定工程机械液压管件产品工艺路线的方法。首先对企业产品进行结构、工艺上的分析。然后将产品划分成组,通过实例确定该组工艺路线。 (2)提出基于产品跟单与零件转移单的在制品跟踪流程和基于产品跟单与工序转移单的工序转移流程,通过以上流程,保证生产的流畅性。 (3)在对不同生产方式在制品库存数量进行分析的基础上,建立在制品库存管理模型,克服了工序间因在制品库存而导致生产不畅的影响。 (4)根据企业生产模式,利用多品种、小批量控制图控制在制品工序质量,提出过程能力指数计算流程,并建立过程能力指数与不合格品之间的关系模型,为计算在制品工序能力是否平衡奠定基础。 (5)设计系统各个功能,对系统需要的数据库表进行设计,并利用Delphi、SQL数据库对各个功能实现增加、删除、修改和查询,以及实现各类生产报表的自动生成。 实例结果表明:本文提出的方法简单实用、具有可操作性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of construction machinery industry, hydraulic pipe fittings as an important part of the rapid development. In order to improve the market competitiveness of hydraulic pipe fittings enterprises of construction machinery, it is necessary to grasp the production dynamics in real time. As an important form of product production, WIP exists in every step of production process. In-process tracking, inventory and quality effective management, can timely grasp production information, so that enterprises in the industry in an invincible position. Therefore, this paper analyzes and studies the WIP management system based on the production of Yanzhou Jincheng Hongda Machinery Co., Ltd. The research results of this paper are summarized as follows: (1) the method of making the process route of hydraulic pipe fittings of construction machinery by using group technology is put forward. First of all, the structure of the enterprise products, process analysis. Then the product is divided into groups, and the process route is determined by examples. (2) the in-process tracking process based on product order and part transfer order and the process transfer process based on product following and process transfer order are proposed. Through the above process, the production fluency is ensured. (3) on the basis of analyzing the quantity of WIP inventory in different production modes, the WIP inventory management model is established. It overcomes the influence of production difficulty caused by in-process inventory among processes. (4) according to the production mode of enterprises, the quality of in-process processes is controlled by multi-variety and small-batch control charts, and the process capability index calculation flow is put forward. The relationship model between process capability index and nonconforming products is established, which lays a foundation for calculating the balance of process capability in process. (5) every function of the design system is designed, and the database table required by the system is designed. The Delphi,SQL database is used to add, delete, modify and query all kinds of functions, as well as to automatically generate all kinds of production reports. The example shows that the method proposed in this paper is simple and practical, and is operable.
