复合材料螺栓单钉连接性能实验研究
[Abstract]:With the reduction of the cost of composite materials, the improvement of molding technology and the continuous improvement of properties, composite materials have been widely used and developed in the fields of energy, aerospace, ship, wind power and other high-tech fields. At the same time, the structure of composite material is becoming more and more complex, which makes the connection problem of composite structure inevitable. For the design of composite joint structure, the joint position is a relatively weak link. The connection failure of the structure is the main cause of structural failure, especially the failure of some important connection parts, which may endanger the safety and reliability of the whole structure. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the tensile test specimens of glass fiber reinforced composite bolts are fabricated by VARI process. Through the practical operation, improve the manufacturing process of VARI, put forward an improved method to make its operation more simple, improve the manufacturing efficiency of composite materials and the quality of products. (2) through the experimental study of the effect of pre-tightening moment on bolt connection performance; (3) the failure strength and failure mode of single bolt connection of 0 掳and 90 掳single fiber orientation laminated composites are studied by experiment, and the difference between them is compared. (4) the failure strength and failure mode of single bolt connection of 0 掳and 90 掳hybrid laminated composite are studied by experiment, and the difference between the single bolt joint and the fiber layer is compared and analyzed. And the effect of mixed layer on the failure strength and failure mode of composite laminates. (5) the failure strength and failure mode of single bolt connection of 0 掳, 卤45 掳and 90 掳composite laminates were studied by experiments. The influence of 卤45 掳layer on the failure strength and failure mode of composite laminates was analyzed. (6) through a large number of experiments, it was obtained that the ratio of 90 掳laminates was 10%. The curve of stress concentration relief factor C changing with the ratio of 45 掳layer simplifies the strength calculation method and is convenient for engineering application.
