精益生产方式之单元生产在机械制造工厂的应用研究

【摘要】：单元化生产是解决传统生产方式中存在的库存、响应、空间和搬运等浪费的有效途径之一。本文分析J公司的生产现状,从设备准备、单元布局以及组织人员安排等方面对单元化生产进行构思和实践,论证了单元式生产的优越性,为企业进一步的生产制造提出切实可行的指导思想。
[Abstract]:Unit production is one of the effective ways to solve the waste of inventory, response, space and transportation in traditional production mode. This paper analyzes the present production situation of J Company, conceive and practice the unit production from the aspects of equipment preparation, unit layout and organization and personnel arrangement, and proves the superiority of unit production. Put forward the practical guiding ideology for the further production and manufacture of the enterprise.
