机械对称破缺理论及其在设计中的应用

【摘要】:在机械产品中普遍存在着结构对称破缺现象。从实例中发现对称破缺对实现功能、提高性能和满足约束需求起着重要作用,然而目前国内外关于机械对称破缺的研究还很少。本文基于跨学科领域对称破缺研究现状和机械对称破缺研究存在的问题,对机械对称破缺的概念及其应用进行了研究,主要取得如下有创新性的研究进展: 1、机械结构对称破缺概念体系的建立。基于实例分析和归纳,提出了机械结构对称破缺的定义及其分类,研究了零部件结构对称破缺的形成机理并且提炼出对称破缺模式。 2、机械广义需求和作用原理时空对称破缺概念体系的建立。基于实例分析和提炼,并借鉴机械功能和原理时空对称的概念体系,建立了包括功能、性能和约束需求在内的广义需求时空对称破缺概念体系,紧接着建立了作用原理时空对称破缺的概念体系。 3、机械对称破缺规律性知识的研究。以结构对称破缺、广义需求和作用原理时空对称破缺概念体系为基础,基于实例分析了对称破缺与产品需求之间的关联性,提炼了若干应用各种对称破缺模式及其效能来满足产品需求的规律性知识。 4、机械对称破缺知识挖掘和应用实践。建立了实例知识库、基础知识库和关联知识库;提出了对称破缺知识挖掘及其用于产品结构方案设计的方法和进程;开展了应用实践,发明了一种新型链传动装置。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of structural symmetry breaking is common in mechanical products. It is found from examples that symmetric breaking plays an important role in realizing function, improving performance and meeting the requirement of constraint. However, there are few researches on mechanical symmetry breaking at home and abroad. In this paper, based on the present situation of symmetry breaking in interdisciplinary field and the problems existing in the research of mechanical symmetry breaking, the concept and application of mechanical symmetry breaking are studied. The main achievements are as follows: 1. The establishment of the concept system of symmetrical breaking of mechanical structure. Based on the analysis and induction of examples, this paper puts forward the definition and classification of symmetrical breaking of mechanical structure, studies the forming mechanism of structural symmetry breaking of parts and extracts the mode of symmetrical breaking. 2. The establishment of the concept system of spatiotemporal symmetry breaking of generalized demand and action principle of machinery. Based on the case study and drawing lessons from the concept system of space-time symmetry of mechanical function and principle, the concept system of generalized demand space-time symmetry breaking including function, performance and constraint requirement is established. Then, the concept system of spatio-temporal symmetry breaking of the principle of action is established. 3. Research on the knowledge of mechanical symmetry breaking regularity. Based on the concept system of structural symmetry breaking, generalized demand and action principle, the relationship between symmetry breaking and product demand is analyzed based on examples. This paper abstracts some regular knowledge about the application of various symmetry breaking modes and their effectiveness to meet the demand of products. 4. Knowledge mining and application practice of mechanical symmetry breaking. The case knowledge base, the basic knowledge base and the associated knowledge base are established; the method and process of knowledge mining of symmetry breaking and its application in the design of product structure scheme are presented; and a new type of chain drive device is invented in the application practice.
