双纽线型起重机两种类型变幅机构的比较

【摘要】：双纽线型变幅机构的特点是臂架和后摇杆活动范围大、外观和几何形态特别、重心低.该双纽线型变幅机构有两种型式:一种是后摇杆驱动型,另一种是臂架驱动型.运用反求设计和机构学原理来分析该双纽线型的两种类型变幅机构,分析和研究它们的运动学和变幅力矩,并以一台起重量为160kN的该类型起重机加以验证.
[Abstract]:The double-button linear luffing mechanism is characterized by its wide range of movement, special appearance and geometry, and low center of gravity. There are two types of double-button luffing mechanism: one is driven by rear rocker and the other is driven by boom. The reverse design and mechanism principles are used to analyze the two types of double button type of luffing mechanism, and their kinematics and amplitude torque are analyzed and studied. The results are verified by a crane with lifting weight of 160kN.
