单螺杆泵远程监控系统研究开发

【摘要】:单螺杆泵属回转式容积泵,结构简单紧凑,自吸能力强,适用介质范围广,广泛应用于石油、化工、食品、污水处理等行业。但目前多数工艺流程中使用的单螺杆泵,机电一体化程度极低、产品运行参数与实际工艺要求不匹配、流量的调节和计量不准确、能源利用率很低;同时,产品尚未配套状态监测系统,不具备故障预测和状态维修功能,可靠性差,事故率高;在一些偏远的应用场合,对单螺杆泵的操控和检修存在着劳动强度大、工作效率低、运营费用高等缺陷。因此,针对以上问题,研究开发单螺杆泵自动化系统很有必要。 论文根据温州某工厂工艺流程中对单螺杆泵的性能要求和目前的技术现状,提出基于变频调速的流量控制、基于参数监测的产品状态分析和基于GPRS无线数据传输的远程监控等技术方案。本文在单螺杆泵流量控制、状态监测、远程数据传输以及监控软件开发等方面进行了较广泛、深入的研究,其主要研究内容包括: 1.建立了单螺杆泵远程监控系统模型,设计了以可编程控制器、变频器和GPRS模块为主体的远程终端设备(RTU)和监控中心。 2.对流量控制策略进行了研究,以快速调节和PID闭环调节相结合的方式,提高了系统对流量控制的响应速度和精度。 3.开发了单螺杆泵状态监测系统,对监测参数的选择和设置进行了研究,开发了基于状态监测和故障预测的状态维修功能。 4.采用GPRS无线通信方式,实现了对单螺杆泵的远程监控,真正做到了运行现场的无人值守。 5.以WinCC组态软件为平台,开发了上位机监控软件,以OPC协议的方式实现服务器和客户端的数据交换。 试验结果表明,单螺杆泵远程监控系统达到了设计要求。监控策略的优化,提高了流量控制和计量的精度,大大降低了产品能耗,同时还提高了可靠性;自动化系统的应用,提高了工作效率,降低了劳动强度和运营成本。 本课题的研究,为单螺杆泵的自动化、智能化发展进行了有益的探索。
[Abstract]:Single screw pump is a rotary volumetric pump with simple and compact structure, strong self-priming ability and wide range of suitable medium. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, sewage treatment and other industries. But at present, the single screw pump used in most technological processes is of extremely low degree of electromechanical integration, the operating parameters of the product do not match with the actual process requirements, the flow regulation and measurement are not accurate, and the energy utilization ratio is very low. At the same time, the product has not been matched state monitoring system, does not have the function of fault prediction and condition maintenance, the reliability is poor, the accident rate is high; In some remote applications, the operation and maintenance of single screw pump have some disadvantages, such as high labor intensity, low working efficiency and high operating cost. Therefore, to solve the above problems, it is necessary to develop the single screw pump automation system. According to the performance requirements of single screw pump in a Wenzhou factory process and the present technical situation, the flow control based on frequency conversion speed regulation is put forward. Product state analysis based on parameter monitoring and remote monitoring based on GPRS wireless data transmission. In this paper, the flow control of single screw pump, condition monitoring, remote data transmission and monitoring software development are studied extensively and deeply. The main research contents are as follows: 1. The remote monitoring system model of single screw pump is established, and the remote terminal equipment (RTU) and monitoring center with programmable controller, frequency converter and GPRS module as main parts are designed. 2. The flow control strategy is studied and the response speed and precision of the system to the flow control are improved by combining the fast regulation with the PID closed loop regulation. 3. The condition monitoring system of single screw pump is developed, the selection and setting of monitoring parameters are studied, and the condition maintenance function based on condition monitoring and fault prediction is developed. 4. The remote monitoring of single screw pump is realized by using GPRS wireless communication mode. 5. Using WinCC configuration software as the platform, the monitoring software of upper computer is developed, and the data exchange between server and client is realized by means of OPC protocol. The test results show that the remote monitoring system of single screw pump meets the design requirements. The optimization of monitoring strategy improves the precision of flow control and measurement, greatly reduces the energy consumption of products, and improves the reliability. The application of automation system improves the working efficiency and reduces the labor intensity and operation cost. The research of this topic has carried on the beneficial exploration for the single screw pump automation, the intelligence development.
