【摘要】:装配线的平衡直接影响到制造系统的生产率。本文采用理论与实践相结合的方法,运用工作研究的原理和技术以DA公司减速顶装配线为研究对象进行分析研究;运用Double-E软件从基础IE方面着手对减速顶装配线进行平衡改善研究;并建立0-1规划模型,采用Lingo软件求解,以优化装配线平衡。从而提高生产线的生产率及设备的利用效率,满足市场需要。 首先,通过现场观察、现场实测、录像观察、数据分析对减速顶装配过程进行分析;在分析减速顶装配工艺的基础上,结合工业工程的程序分析方法,对减速顶的装配工艺流程进行分析。并以此为基础,对装配过程进行改善研究。 其次,划分了装配作业单元,运用Double-E软件对装配线各工序动作进行分析,对瓶颈工序进行双手操作分析、人机操作分析。结合发现的问题,对相关的工作条件进行改善,并对装配线各工序的动作进行规范研究。在此基础上,采用Double-E软件对所有作业单元进行MOD分析,制定了各最小作业单元的标准作业时间。 最后,建立了减速顶的第Ⅰ类、第Ⅱ类装配线平衡的0-1规划模型,并在Lingo的平台上进行编程计算,得到装配线全局作业均衡编排的优化解。 本文通过运用工业工程领域的工作研究技术,改善了减速顶装配线上工人的作业环境,降低工人的劳动强度,优化装配过程,不仅提高了装配现场管理水平,而且平衡改善了装配线,提高了生产效率。在通过基础IE对各个工位进行局部改善的基础上,建立装配线平衡的0-1规划数学模型,对各个工位的全局的分配进行全局优化,得到满意的全局优化解。同时提高了了企业的经济效益,具有较高的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The balance of assembly line directly affects the productivity of manufacturing system. In this paper, the method of combining theory with practice is used to analyze and study the assembly line of decelerator of DA Company by using the principle and technology of work research. The balance improvement of the assembly line of retarder is studied by using Double-E software from the aspect of basic IE, and the 0-1 programming model is established and solved by Lingo software to optimize the balance of assembly line. In order to improve the productivity of production lines and equipment use efficiency, to meet market needs. Firstly, the assembly process of the retarder is analyzed by field observation, field measurement, video observation and data analysis. On the basis of analyzing the assembly process of the retarder, combined with the program analysis method of industrial engineering, the assembly process of the retarder is analyzed.
