产品制造信息可视化与重用技术研究

【摘要】:在各类CAD系统中依据国家标准实现产品制造信息(Product ManufacturingInformation,PMI)可视化是制造企业信息化的一个重要部分。常规的“各个击破”的开发方式不仅规范性欠佳,而且在企业信息化进入三维阶段以后其造成的资源浪费和重复性劳动问题已经越发凸显。 本文针对产品制造信息的可视化和重用技术进行了研究。分析了产品制造信息的数据结构,,设计了与CAD系统无关的产品制造信息可重用数据结构。结合对产品制造信息可视化功能的需求分析,提出了可重用产品制造信息可视化体系架构。可重用产品制造信息可视化体系架构由可重用组件、异构CAD系统对组件的重用实现和可视化流程设计三部分组成。 针对三维产品制造信息可视化的特殊需求,分析了三维建模技术的发展趋势和轻量化模型,制定了三维产品制造信息与三维实体模型相分离的信息永久储存和再现技术。结合国际和国家相关产品数字化定义标准,制定了产品制造信息标注面定义原则和以标注面为基础的产品制造信息管理方法。 详细分析了表面粗糙度信息的重用数据结构,并利用VC++开发了表面粗糙度可重用定义组件。以产品制造信息重用体系架构为基础,实现了粗糙度信息利用重用定义组件在异构CAD系统中的架构部署。分析了表面粗糙度二维和三维可视化的流程,利用可重用定义组件分别在AutoCAD和TYCAD中实现了表面粗糙度的二维可视化标注,在InteVUE中实现了表面粗糙度的三维可视化标注和管理。
[Abstract]:The visualization of product manufacturing information (Product ManufacturingInformation,PMI) based on national standards is an important part of manufacturing enterprise informatization in all kinds of CAD systems. The conventional way of "breaking through" is not only standard, but also the problem of waste of resources and repetitive labor has become more and more prominent after the enterprise information has entered the three dimensional stage. In this paper, the visualization and reuse technology of product manufacturing information is studied. The data structure of product manufacturing information is analyzed, and the reusable data structure of product manufacturing information independent of CAD system is designed. Based on the requirement analysis of product manufacturing information visualization, a reusable product manufacturing information visualization architecture is proposed. The architecture of manufacturing information visualization for reusable products consists of reusable components, reuse of components in heterogeneous CAD systems and visual process design. According to the special requirement of 3D product manufacturing information visualization, the development trend and lightweight model of 3D modeling technology are analyzed, and the permanent storage and reproducing technology of 3D product manufacturing information separated from 3D solid model is developed. Based on the international and national standards of digital product definition, the definition principle of product manufacturing information label surface and the method of product manufacturing information management based on label surface are established. The reuse data structure of surface roughness information is analyzed in detail, and the reusable definition component of surface roughness is developed by using VC. Based on the architecture of product manufacturing information reuse system, the architecture deployment of roughness information reuse definition component in heterogeneous CAD system is realized. The flow of two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization of surface roughness is analyzed, and the two-dimensional visualization of surface roughness is realized in AutoCAD and TYCAD using reusable definition components, and the 3D visualization and management of surface roughness are realized in InteVUE.
