【摘要】:正GCr18Mo钢制轴承经贝氏体等温淬火后,可以获得比马氏体淬回火更优越的力学性能,被广泛应用于一些要求承受较高的冲击载荷的工作环境。某批次GCr18Mo钢制圆柱轴承外圈,外径尺寸为250 mm,经下贝氏体等温淬火后,在产品的检验过程中,发现该批次产品的外径尺寸涨缩规律出现反常:外圈留量涨大正常约为0.60~0.80 mm,而该批产品外径的涨大留量偏小。为了查清产生这一现象的原因,对热处理加
