三一集团平衡重式叉车造型设计

【摘要】:工程机械产品在现实生活中发挥着巨大作用,并且随着国家政策春风的不断吹拂,工程机械行业的前景也是愈发良好。与此同时,工程机械行业在提升自主创新能力方面也在进行不断努力,,行业内对于工业设计的重视度不断提升。工业设计作为一个不断追求更新、更好、更美的过程,成为企业中最有活力和最富创造性的活动,对提升产品外观形象,加快产品结构功能优化发挥着重要作用。 企业与工业设计团队的合作愈发受到重视,对用户与企业而言,了解整个工业设计的流程是非常必要的。这不仅能够协助企业把握设计进程的关键节点,提高双方沟通交流的效率,还能够节约一定的人力、物力和时间。三一集团就专门成立了工业设计中心负责管理整个企业相关工业设计的进度。 其次,随着时代车轮的不断前行,科学技术的日新月异,师法自然的仿生设计方法逐渐成为一种新风向。在现代生活中,由仿生设计衍生的造型设计方法已经在产品设计中得到了广泛运用。 本文以三一集团的平衡重式叉车造型设计项目展开,首先立足三一委托方的要求条件,进行评估分析,再通过广泛的产品与用户调研分析,以科学系统的方法进行设计的展开与收拢,最后基于整个设计的流程,进行总的分析。在论文结尾处,以实际的整个设计流程的实践为基础,提出了一份简易的基于形态与意象仿生造型设计方法的运用模型,并归纳了论文的创新之处。
[Abstract]:Construction machinery products play a great role in real life, and with the continuous blowing of national policies, the prospect of construction machinery industry is becoming more and more good. At the same time, the construction machinery industry in the promotion of independent innovation capacity is also ongoing efforts, the industry of industrial design attention is increasing. As a process of constantly pursuing renewal, better and more beautiful, industrial design has become the most dynamic and creative activity in enterprises, which plays an important role in promoting the appearance image of products and speeding up the optimization of product structure and function. The cooperation between the enterprise and the industrial design team is paid more and more attention. It is necessary for users and enterprises to understand the whole process of industrial design. This can not only help enterprises grasp the key nodes of the design process, improve the efficiency of communication and communication between the two sides, but also save a certain amount of manpower, material resources and time. Sany Group set up an industrial design center responsible for managing the progress of industrial design related to the whole enterprise. Secondly, with the development of the wheel of the times and the rapid development of science and technology, the natural bionic design method is becoming a new wind direction. In modern life, modeling design methods derived from bionic design have been widely used in product design. In this paper, the balanced heavy forklift design project of Sany Group is carried out. Firstly, based on the requirements of the client, the evaluation and analysis are carried out, and then through a wide range of products and user research and analysis. The design is carried out and closed by the method of scientific system, and the overall analysis is carried out based on the whole design process. At the end of the paper, based on the practice of the whole design process, a simple application model of bionic modeling method based on form and image is put forward, and the innovation of the paper is summarized.
