基于数字化理论的变速器工厂设计与规划

【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,中国汽车产业飞速发展,同时带动相应零部件产业迅猛发展。变速器这一汽车核心零部件的生产和制造由于存在生产技术落后、产品生产效率低、质量差、单位产品能耗高等缺点,从而成为汽车行业日趋关注的焦点。本研究立足于工业工程学科体系,结合多学科的相关知识,突破以往学者研究上的理论限制,为变速器工厂的设计和规划提供了一个数字化程度高、科学适用性强的新方案,并在此基础上完善了变速器工厂设计和规划研究体系,提高了产品的生产质量和效率,降低了生产成本和能耗。 本论文综合运用可拓工程和精益生产等学科的相关思想和理论体系,以计算机辅助技术CAD/CAM/CAPP为设计平台,创建了变速器工厂生产流程的数字化分析控制闭环系统,从而简化了生产工艺,优化了生产流程。 本研究结合变速器工厂的实际情况,分别对其生产流程中的物流和作业单位相互关系进行分析和研究,并构建了系统布置设计(SLP),从而实现变速器工厂科学的布局规划,并利用Flexsim仿真技术验证该设计的可行性。 论文还构建了一套财务系统评价体系,通过此体系可以分析变速器工厂设计和规划中所存在的问题,并为最终实现变速器工厂的数字化设计提出切实可行的改进方案。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21 st century, China's automobile industry has developed rapidly, while driving the rapid development of the corresponding parts industry. The production and manufacture of transmission, the core part of the automobile, has become the focus of the automobile industry due to its backward production technology, low production efficiency, poor quality and high energy consumption per unit product. This research is based on the system of industrial engineering, combines the related knowledge of many subjects, breaks through the theoretical limitation of previous scholars' research, and provides a new scheme with high digitization and strong scientific applicability for the design and planning of transmission factory. On this basis, the design and planning research system of transmission factory is improved, the production quality and efficiency are improved, and the production cost and energy consumption are reduced. In this paper, the digital analysis and control closed-loop system of transmission factory production process is established based on the computer aided technology (CAD/CAM/CAPP) and the related thought and theory system of extension engineering and lean production. Thus, the production process is simplified and the production process is optimized. According to the actual situation of transmission factory, this study analyzes and studies the relationship between logistics and operation units in its production process, and constructs a systematic layout design (SLP),) to realize the scientific layout planning of transmission factory. The feasibility of the design is verified by Flexsim simulation technology. This paper also constructs a set of financial system evaluation system, through which the problems in the design and planning of transmission factory can be analyzed, and a feasible improvement scheme is put forward for the final realization of digital design of transmission factory.
