机械类五金件参数化设计系统研发

【摘要】:五金件作为机械领域中重要一部分,已经被广泛使用。然而,国内五金件设计采用传统设计方法,在绘图方面耗费大量精力,而且很难保证模型质量。随着国内计算机辅助设计不断成熟,计算机辅助技术已经广泛应用到各种机械行业。国内外已经展开了在三维环境中模块化、变量化、标准化研究,但是还没有出现基于三维环境下机械类五金件参数化研究。 针对以上存在的问题,本课题研究了五金件计算机辅助设计技术,并从以下几个方面完成工作: a.本文从五金件分类入手,提出将五金件分为标准件与非标准件方法;并从非标准件中选取浮动球阀、闸阀作为研究对象,研究了阀类设计方法,提出设计流程。 b.探讨了五金件专用CAD系统架构;分析了五金件系统的需求;依据软件工程设计原则,制定开发方案;拟定了三维软件平台、开发语言、数据库等。 c.研究了Solidworks2012二次开发技术,访问数据库基本方法;提出应用多种参数化方法解决五金件参数化问题;五金件产品数据模型库创建;五金件模板创建的关键技术。 d.完成各个模块的创建及界面设计,并解决了模块之间数据的访问。 基于以上工作,在本文中作者应用Visual Basic6.0企业版软件对Solidworks2012软件进行开发。此系统拥有五金件参数化设计功能、球阀、闸阀结构设计功能、自动计算、校核,生成设计文档、三维零件模型以及二维工程图、系统参数化模板扩展等,进而成为机械五金件领域计算机辅助设计应用实例。
[Abstract]:As an important part of mechanical field, hardware has been widely used. However, the traditional design method is used in hardware design in China, which consumes a lot of energy in drawing, and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the model. With the maturity of CAD in China, CAD has been widely used in various mechanical industries. Research on modularization, variation and standardization in 3D environment has been carried out at home and abroad, but there is no parameterized research on mechanical hardware based on 3D environment. In view of the above problems, this paper studies the hardware computer aided design technology, and completes the work from the following aspects: a. Starting with the classification of hardware, this paper puts forward the method of dividing hardware into standard parts and non-standard parts, and selects floating ball valve and gate valve from non-standard parts as the research object, studies the design method of valve class and puts forward the design flow. b. This paper discusses the architecture of hardware CAD system, analyzes the requirements of hardware system, formulates the development scheme according to the principle of software engineering design, and draws up the 3D software platform, development language, database and so on. c. The second development technology of Solidworks2012 and the basic method of accessing database are studied, and the key technologies of hardware parameterization are put forward, such as the creation of hardware product data model base and the creation of hardware template. d. Complete the creation of each module and interface design, and solve the data access between modules. Based on the above work, the author uses Visual Basic6.0 Enterprise Edition software to develop Solidworks2012 software. This system has hardware parameterized design function, ball valve, gate valve structure design function, automatic calculation, check, generate design document, 3D part model and 2D engineering drawing, system parameterized template extension, etc. Then it becomes the application example of computer aided design in the field of mechanical hardware.
