自适应整周期采样和相关滤波在转子动平衡中的应用

【摘要】:针对模拟带通跟踪滤波和零相移数字滤波等不平衡信号提取方法对转子动平衡高精度测试要求不满足的问题,提出了一种自适应整周期采样和相关滤波结合的转子不平衡信号提取方法。首先使用自适应整周期采样算法对振动信号进行补偿,使其逼近理想抽样序列,然后利用相关滤波法提取出不平衡信号,最后用快速傅立叶变换法准确提取出不平衡信号的幅值和相位。仿真和实验表明该方法能够满足高精度动平衡测试要求,在转子动平衡中具有较好应用价值。
[Abstract]:In view of the unbalance signal extraction methods such as analog band-pass tracking filter and zero-phase-shift digital filter, the high precision testing requirements of rotor dynamic balance are not satisfied. A novel rotor unbalanced signal extraction method based on adaptive whole period sampling and correlation filtering is proposed. Firstly, the vibration signal is compensated by the adaptive whole period sampling algorithm to approximate the ideal sampling sequence, and then the unbalanced signal is extracted by the correlation filtering method. Finally, the amplitude and phase of unbalanced signal are extracted by fast Fourier transform (FFT). Simulation and experiments show that this method can meet the requirements of high-precision dynamic balance testing and has a good application value in rotor dynamic balancing.
