基于人工神经网络的大批量定制产品配置设计研究与应用
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, customer needs are personalized and diversified. Mass customization, which aims to meet the diversified needs of customers, has been paid more and more attention by enterprises and researchers. As a link between customization demand of customers and mass production, mass customization product configuration is an effective way to realize the common requirements of enterprises and customers. On the basis of analyzing the research results of mass customization product configuration, this paper introduces artificial neural network, discusses the process of mass customization product configuration based on customer demand, and studies the corresponding product function-structure model. The construction of a mass quantitative product configuration platform is discussed. Finally, the idea of mass customization product configuration is applied to the drunk driving law enforcement management system, and an application example is given. In the first chapter, the status quo of mass customization and product configuration at home and abroad is analyzed, including the introduction, development, integration and domestic and foreign research status of mass customization and product configuration. On the basis of analyzing the application of artificial neural network in the field of mass customization product configuration, this paper puts forward the research contents and gives the overall framework of the paper. In the second chapter, on the basis of discussing the function of product configuration design in mass customization, the article puts forward that product configuration is the window of mass customization, and then, on the basis of analyzing customer requirements, discusses the methods of obtaining and identifying customer requirements. The artificial neural network model of customer requirement identification in mass customization product configuration is constructed. Finally, based on the customer's understanding of product knowledge and configuration requirements, the configuration process of customer-oriented mass customization product is analyzed. In the third chapter, on the basis of analyzing the requirements of product family modeling in mass customization environment, and based on the mapping from product function to structure, the customer-oriented product function-structure model and its establishment process are discussed. Finally, take the product function-structure model of automobile wheel lock as an example. In chapter 4, according to the shortcomings of case method in product configuration design, the retrieval speed decreases linearly with the increase of case base, a method of applying artificial neural network to configure case base and reasoning mechanism is proposed, and the method of using artificial neural network (Ann) in configuration case base and reasoning mechanism is proposed. The artificial neural network (Ann) is combined with the case method to solve the product configuration so as to form a configuration method based on artificial neural network (Ann). Finally, the scheme of mass customization product configuration platform is put forward. The fifth chapter adopts the idea of mass customization product configuration to study the construction of drunk driving law enforcement management system. On the basis of analyzing the current situation and system demand of drunk driving law enforcement in China, this paper puts forward the construction scheme of drunk driving law enforcement system. An example of breath alcohol detection management is given. In the sixth chapter, based on the general survey of the research contents of this paper, the shortcomings of the research are analyzed, and the research and application of mass customization product configuration are prospected.
