摇臂式雕刻机的设计及图像处
[Abstract]:Traditional graphic output devices, such as printers and plotters, usually complete the output of images in paper-based materials, but the output of images can not be realized for special machining parts and processing conditions. Rocker-arm engraving machine is a kind of special graphic output equipment designed and manufactured for hard-to-process workpieces such as stone plank and iron plate in order to meet the specific requirements. Under these special conditions, the rocker-arm engraving machine will show its unique superiority. This paper mainly introduces the image pre-processing, the overall structure design and the embedded control system of the rocker-arm engraving machine. Considering the particularity of machining workpiece and the low resolution of rocker-arm engraving machine, it is necessary to process the image before machining the workpiece. In this paper, the concept of image processing and the characteristics of digital image are introduced firstly, and the feasibility of printing image by rocker-arm engraving machine is expounded from the characteristics of digital image itself. The image that the rocker-arm engraving machine can output is a grayscale image with a grayscale level of eight, rather than a single black-and-white image, so the image needs to be processed to finally produce an eight-level grayscale image that meets the requirements of the engraving machine. The processed image code is fed into the control system of rocker-arm engraving machine, and the image output can be completed under the control of embedded processor S3C44BOX. Compared with the traditional engraving machine, the rocker-arm engraving machine also has its characteristics in structure and motion mode. This paper introduces the overall structure of the rocker-arm engraving machine and its motion mode using polar coordinates in detail. Finally, the control system based on embedded processor S3C44BOX is introduced, and its interface circuit is analyzed. Because of the characteristics of the structure of the rocker arm engraving machine and the embedded control system, it is more miniaturized and more perfect than the traditional engraving machine.
