滚子摆动从动件盘形凸轮机构负载特性优化方法

【摘要】:滚子摆动从动件盘形凸轮机构稳态运行时的负载转矩波动幅度较大,在高速高精度的自动化设备中,负载波动幅度影响伺服电机性能。针对其负载特点,提出了一种通过优化主动件和从动件作用过程中的阻力矩,进而降低机构整体负载转矩波动幅度的优化方法。该方法是基于凸轮曲线运动规律调制处理方法及粒子群算法,通过生成新的凸轮廓线来完成优化过程。将此方法应用到某高速包装机的交接鼓轮中,完成了装置的优化。仿真结果表明,该方法可以有效地减小装置负载波动幅度。
[Abstract]:The load torque fluctuation amplitude of disk cam mechanism with roller swinging follower is larger in steady operation. In high-speed and high-precision automation equipment, the load fluctuation amplitude affects the performance of servo motor. According to its load characteristics, an optimization method is proposed to reduce the torque fluctuation of the whole mechanism by optimizing the resistance torque in the process of active and follower action. This method is based on the cam curve motion law modulation processing method and particle swarm optimization algorithm, by generating a new cam profile to complete the optimization process. This method is applied to the connecting drum wheel of a high-speed packing machine, and the optimization of the device is completed. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the fluctuation of the device load.
