千吨级分离塔吊装的有限元分析与试验研究

【摘要】:针对大型吊装工程,引入结构应力测试技术,实现实时监测结构应力变化状态,为实际吊装过程提供有力而及时的数据支持.以4000吨履带起重机首次吊装工程为例,对被吊设备的裙座结构进行了加强设计,并通过了有限元分析.在实际吊装过程中,引入应力测试技术,进行了加强部位的应力测试,并与有限元结果对比,相互印证了有限元与测试结果的合理性与可信性,同时对结果进行了讨论,为进一步改善结构与机构提供了数据支持.应力测试技术的引入,将实时获知结构应力的变化状态,为现场指挥者提供了数据支持,便于正确判断指挥.
[Abstract]:In view of the large-scale hoisting project, the structural stress testing technology is introduced to realize the real-time monitoring of the structural stress change state, which provides powerful and timely data support for the actual hoisting process. Taking the first lifting project of 4000 ton crawler crane as an example, the skirt structure of the suspended equipment is designed and analyzed by finite element method. In the actual hoisting process, the stress testing technology is introduced to test the stress of the reinforced part. Compared with the finite element results, the rationality and credibility of the finite element method and the test results are verified, and the results are discussed at the same time. Data support is provided for the further improvement of structures and institutions. With the introduction of stress testing technology, the change state of structural stress can be obtained in real time, which provides data support for the site conductor, and is convenient to judge the command correctly.
