共振解调技术在牵引电机轴承故障诊断中的应用
[Abstract]:With the process of industrialization, more and more attention has been paid to the operation reliability of mechanical system. The rolling bearing of traction motor is a common component in motor equipment, and it is one of the parts with high failure rate, so it is very important to diagnose the fault of traction motor rolling bearing. In this paper, the resonance demodulation technology is used to fault diagnosis of rolling bearings. Resonance demodulation technology is a new technology which has been gradually developed in recent years. This method is simple, easy to realize, and has good reliability, which makes the resonance demodulation technology have a broad development prospect in the field of fault diagnosis. On the basis of theoretical research on resonance demodulation technology, this paper has carried on the practical experiment demonstration. Taking the NTN bearing test-bed of Beijing Jiaotong University as the test platform, the real-time data acquisition is carried out by using the data acquisition equipment DEWE-211 of Austria DEWETRON Company. Its good data acquisition performance is also the basis for the success of this experiment. Finally, on the basis of the data analysis software PULSE of Denmark BK Company, a set of software is developed to analyze and process the data in the later stage. Finally, the feasibility of the software resonance demodulation technology is verified.
