涡旋压缩机主要零部件检测装置设计

【摘要】:涡旋压缩机具有往复运动机构、可靠性高、力矩变化小、运转平稳等特点,而操作简便、易于实现自动化、高效率等优点,也正是当今压缩机发展的趋势。但现厂家生产效率低,人工劳动量大,且误差较大,返修率较高,基于现状我们对涡旋压缩机生产过程中动托盘、机架及动托盘与机架的装配体检测进行改进,以便在生产效率、精度及其寿命上能获得更好的产品。 课题针对涡旋压缩机的动托盘、机架及动托盘与机架的装配体的关键尺寸,开展测量与检验的研究,主要进行以下工作: 1.分析涡旋压缩机的动托盘和机架及它们的装配体的测量要求,制定多个关于面对面平行度及其面对面距离的检测方案,比较确定最优检测方案,并选择测量工具。 2.根据最终确定的测量方案利用Solidworks绘图软件搭建虚拟平台,设计动托盘检测装置的各零件尺寸并生成零件工程图。 3.根据最终确定的测量方案利用Solidworks绘图软件搭建虚拟平台,设计机架检测装置的各零件尺寸并生成零件工程图。 4.根据最终确定的检测方案利用Solidworks绘图软件搭建虚拟平台,设计动托盘与机架的装配体检测装置的各零件尺寸并生成零件工程图。 5.对三个检测装置最终方案的关键零件进行理论受力分析及校核。
[Abstract]:Scroll compressor has the characteristics of reciprocating motion mechanism, high reliability, small torque change, stable operation and so on, and the advantages of simple operation, easy automation and high efficiency are the development trend of compressor. However, the production efficiency of the manufacturer is low, the amount of manual labor is large, and the error is large, and the repair rate is high. Based on the present situation, we improve the assembly detection of moving tray, frame and moving tray and rack in the production process of scroll compressor. In order to obtain better products in production efficiency, accuracy and life. Aiming at the key dimensions of the moving tray, the frame and the assembly of the moving tray and the frame of the scroll compressor, the research of measurement and inspection is carried out, and the main work is as follows: 1. This paper analyzes the measurement requirements of the moving tray and frame of scroll compressor and their assemblies, formulates several detection schemes for face-to-face parallelism and face-to-face distance, compares and determines the optimal detection scheme, and selects the measuring tools. 2. According to the final measurement scheme, the virtual platform is built by Solidworks drawing software, and the size of each part of the moving pallet testing device is designed and the part engineering drawing is generated. 3. According to the final measurement scheme, the virtual platform is built by Solidworks drawing software, and the size of each part of the frame detection device is designed and the part engineering drawing is generated. 4. According to the final detection scheme, the virtual platform is built by Solidworks drawing software, and the dimensions of each part of the assembly testing device of moving tray and frame are designed and the part engineering drawing is generated. 5. The theoretical force analysis and check of the key parts of the final scheme of the three testing devices are carried out.
