压力容器用爆破片应用技术的研究

【摘要】:爆破片装置是一种常用在压力容器、管道及各种承压类设备上的安全附件。它能在系统介质超压时破裂并释放压力,保护系统设备及操作人员的生命安全。爆破片是爆破片装置中的重要元件,在设定压力和温度下准确爆破,是其能否起到保护作用的关键,也是人们一直以来关注的焦点。 全文主要围绕爆破片的爆破压力及其性能展开,采用了解析法、有限元模拟计算法和实验对比法进行研究。有限元法采用了ANSYS Workbench和Dynaform软件。 论文初始介绍了常用爆破片的基本类型和结构特点,以及市场上新出现的爆破片。在此基础上,根据前人的研究成果和常用的正拱形爆破片爆破压力计算公式,采用已有的理论推导出了一种新的爆破压力计算公式,并对其应用误差进行了分析;研究了影响爆破片爆破压力的各种因素,如材料、几何尺寸、加工工艺、安装操作及其它因素等,并使用有限元软件Dynaform模拟了加工成形速度对爆破压力的影响,为实际生产提供了可靠的依据;针对实际应用中,爆破片在放置过程中出现的应变时效问题,采用了人工时效的方法,加速爆破片时效作用的过程,稳定爆破片的爆破压力,并给出了合适的温度和时间;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench,模拟分析了正拱带环槽型爆破片的性能,指出了影响其性能的关键因素。
[Abstract]:Explosive disc device is a kind of safety accessories commonly used in pressure vessels, pipes and all kinds of pressure-bearing equipment. It can break and release pressure when the system medium is overpressure, and protect the life and safety of system equipment and operators. Blasting disc is an important component in explosive disc device. Accurate blasting at setting pressure and temperature is the key to whether it can play a protective role, and it has always been the focus of attention. In this paper, the blasting pressure and its performance of the blasting disc are mainly carried out, and the analytical method, the finite element simulation method and the experimental comparison method are used to study the blasting pressure and its performance. ANSYS Workbench and Dynaform software are used in the finite element method. In this paper, the basic types and structural characteristics of commonly used blaster are introduced, as well as the new blaster in the market. On this basis, according to the previous research results and the commonly used formula for calculating the blasting pressure of positive arch blasting disc, a new formula for calculating blasting pressure is derived by using the existing theory, and its application error is analyzed. Various factors affecting blasting pressure of blasting sheet, such as material, geometric size, processing technology, installation operation and other factors, are studied, and the influence of machining forming speed on blasting pressure is simulated by finite element software Dynaform. It provides a reliable basis for actual production. In order to solve the problem of strain aging in the process of placing blasting pieces in practical application, the method of artificial aging is adopted to accelerate the aging process of blasting pieces, stabilize the blasting pressure of blasting pieces, and give the appropriate temperature and time. The performance of circular slot blasting disc with positive arch belt is simulated and analyzed by using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, and the key factors affecting its performance are pointed out.
