大型液压预碎机的设计与研制

【摘要】:根据金属固废资源处理工艺要求,提出预碎机设计的必要性。通过对预碎原理分析、传动路线设计、动力选择、关键部件耙齿受力分析与布局设计分析,设计预碎机的三维模型总图,分析了设计注意要点,对预碎机进行了样机制造与预碎试验,达到了预期效果。
[Abstract]:According to the requirements of metal solid waste resource treatment process, the necessity of precrusher design is put forward. Through the analysis of pre-crushing principle, transmission route design, power selection, force analysis and layout design analysis of rake teeth of key components, the general diagram of three-dimensional model of precrusher is designed, and the key points of design attention are analyzed. The prototype manufacture and pre-crushing test of the precrusher have been carried out, and the expected results have been achieved.
