CHC型少齿差减速器参数化绘图系统开发

【摘要】:CHC型少齿差减速器是新一代齿轮传动装置。广泛应用于水利水电、起重运输、冶金、矿山、建筑机械、石油、港口船舶等各大工业领域。 CHC型少齿差减速器为系列化产品,不同型号产品的零部件在结构和设计模式上相似度很高。按常规的产品设计方法,重复工作量大,尤其是图纸的绘制方面。针对这些问题,合理运用现有的开发技术实现零件图和装配图自动绘制,开发CHC型少齿差减速器参数绘图系统,满足产品系列化设计的要求。 CHC型少齿差减速器参数绘图系统。以AutoCAD为开发平台,利用面向对象技术和参数化设计技术,完成CHC型少齿差减速器系列化设计。在Visual Basic6.0集成编程环境下,访问产品数据库读取设计计算系统的设计数据,添加尺寸公差数据库、标准件结构参数数据库。建立零件之间动态数据链接,将各零件的设计连接在一起。使用Object技术通过ActiveX Automation接口来操作AutoCAD对象,对AutoCAD各级对象的方法和属性进行操作,从而控制AutoCAD所有的绘图对象和非绘图对象。结合ObjectDBX技术和对象的扩展词典技术实现装配图的绘制。用户只要在人机交互界面中输入几个基本的设计参数,通过参数绘图系统就能实现尺寸及公差自动查询和标注,参数表格自动填写等所有绘图工作。快速准确的完成CHC少齿差减速器零部件的参数绘图。避免了系列化设计中的重复性劳动,提高了设计效率和工作质量。
[Abstract]:CHCtype reducer with small tooth difference is a new generation of gear transmission device. Widely used in water conservancy and hydropower, lifting transportation, metallurgy, mining, construction machinery, oil, port ships and other major industrial fields. The CHCtype reducer with small tooth difference is a series of products, and the similarity between the structure and design pattern of the parts of different types of products is very high. According to the conventional product design method, the repeated workload is heavy, especially in the drawing aspect. In order to solve these problems, the existing development technology is reasonably used to realize the automatic drawing of part drawing and assembly drawing, and the parameter drawing system of CHCtype reducer with small tooth difference is developed to meet the requirements of product serialization design. Taking AutoCAD as the development platform, the serial design of CHCtype reducer with small tooth difference is completed by using object-oriented technology and parametric design technology. Under the Visual Basic6.0 integrated programming environment, the product database is accessed to read the design data of the design calculation system, and the dimensional tolerance database and the structure parameter database of standard parts are added. Establish dynamic data links between parts and connect the design of each part. Object technology is used to operate AutoCAD objects through ActiveX Automation interface, and the methods and properties of objects at all levels of AutoCAD are operated, so as to control all drawing objects and non-drawing objects of AutoCAD. The assembly drawing is realized by combining ObjectDBX technology and object extended dictionary technology. As long as the user inputs several basic design parameters in the human-computer interaction interface, the parameter drawing system can realize the automatic query and marking of dimensions and tolerances, the automatic filling of parameter forms and so on. Quickly and accurately complete the parameter drawing of the parts of CHC reducer with small tooth difference. The repetitive work in serial design is avoided and the design efficiency and work quality are improved.
