面向MES的车间生产过程监控系统研究
[Abstract]:Manufacturing execution system (ManufacturingExecutionSystem,MES), which is located between the upper planning management system and the bottom industrial control system, is the information system of workshop production management and control in the modern production and manufacturing process. It can provide workshop managers with real-time implementation of production plan, material, equipment and staff status information of production workshop, which facilitates the execution and scheduling management of production activities. The manufacturing execution system helps the enterprise to build a bridge between the planning layer and the control layer, and fills the "gap" between the enterprise planning layer and the control layer. Under the condition of increasingly fierce competition in the manufacturing market, the manufacturing execution system improves the level of production informatization and automation for enterprises, and then improves the competitiveness of enterprises. The research topic of this paper is the research of workshop production process monitoring system for MES. It is proposed that the Internet of things built in cable enterprise production workshop will be used as the basic platform of manufacturing execution system (MES). Through the Internet of things at the production workshop level to realize the production of cable enterprises, the real-time online collection and monitoring of production information such as production, semi-finished products and finished products can achieve the seamless connection between real-time production information and ERP system. Realize the comprehensive information management of cable enterprises. Firstly, the development status of MES at home and abroad and the development of workshop production process monitoring system are introduced. Secondly, this paper expounds the concept of MES system in detail, and introduces the definition of MES, the function of MES and the application characteristics of MES respectively. Then, the network composition method of workshop production monitoring system is introduced, including: the characteristics of workshop production monitoring system, the network design requirements of monitoring system, and the network design requirements of workshop production monitoring system. The monitoring systems based on field bus (RS485,CAN,TCP) and wireless network (GPRS/GSM,ZigBee) are described respectively. After that, through the analysis of the key technologies and framework requirements of the Internet of things, according to the characteristics of workshop production, starting from the rational use of resources and the real-time performance of workshop management and scheduling, The application of Internet of things technology in production monitoring system is designed and explained, including the introduction of ZigBee network, the data acquisition method of Internet of things, the data tracking of production quality and so on. Finally, taking the cable enterprise production workshop as the research platform, this paper introduces the functional design of the system, explains the application layer network protocol in detail, and explains the software and hardware design of the terminal system of MES.
