液压轮式装载机传动系统性能研究

【摘要】:液压驱动装载机在自动控制,系统结构,动力性等诸多方面相比传统驱动方式的装载机具有很大优势。液压装载机在国外已经得到较好的应用,而在国内的研究最近几年才受到重视。 本文首先分析了装载机的行走系统负荷特点和发动机工作特点,提出了发动机与外负荷的匹配方案,而且提出了装载机两种工作模式;接着本文提出了在作业工况进行泵的恒功率控制、马达的高压自动变量控制以及泵的变功率控制互相配合的控制方案,而在启动阶段采用转速液压控制策略,并提出了应对发动机超载的控制策略;然后,本文进行了液压装载机驱动系统参数的匹配和校核,给出了参数匹配原则。并结合参数和控制理论估算了液压驱动装载机在工作阶段的传动效率,证明了本文控制策略在系统经济性方面也是合理的;最后本文采用液压仿真软件结合参数匹配结果,,对系统的控制策略进行仿真,证明了本文提出的控制策略的可行性。对静液压驱动车辆的研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic drive loader has great advantages over traditional drive loader in many aspects, such as automatic control, system structure, power and so on. Hydraulic loaders have been well applied abroad, but the domestic research has only been paid attention to in recent years. In this paper, the load characteristics of the walking system and the working characteristics of the engine are analyzed, the matching scheme between the engine and the external load is put forward, and two working modes of the loader are put forward. Then this paper puts forward the control scheme of constant power control of pump, high pressure automatic variable control of motor and variable power control of pump in working condition, and adopts the hydraulic control strategy of rotating speed in the starting stage, and puts forward the control strategy to deal with engine overload. Then, this paper carries on the matching and checking of the parameters of the driving system of hydraulic loader, and gives the principle of parameter matching. Combined with the parameter and control theory, the transmission efficiency of the hydraulic drive loader in the working stage is estimated, which proves that the control strategy in this paper is also reasonable in the system economy. Finally, the hydraulic simulation software combined with the parameter matching results is used to simulate the control strategy of the system, which proves the feasibility of the control strategy proposed in this paper. It has certain reference significance for the research of hydrostatic driven vehicle.
