可识别单一核苷酸错配的微悬臂基因检测技术力学模型(英文)

基于表面种植有DNA分子层的微悬臂梁系统,在考虑该带电DNA分子空间构型与其表面分布影响的基础上,提出了新的力学模型以定量描述完全与不完全杂交情形下导致的微悬臂梁挠曲变形.该模型将挠度曲率半径作为反馈DNA检测信号的唯一变量.预测出的完全与不完全DNA杂交情形与悬臂梁挠曲变形之间的关系与文献[2]的实验观测相符,且预测精度可满足单一碱基对变化的检测需要,对高精确DNA检测技术的开发具有借鉴意义.
