【摘要】：为提高拉斗铲作业效率、降低作业成本,从刷帮作业半径、最小挖掘半径、最大合理挖掘半径三个方面对拉斗铲作业半径进行了分析,并根据8750-65型拉斗铲的设备参数与现场具体作业条件,对拉斗铲初始状态、反向移设后、单向推进、往返推进等各类作业情况的作业方式进行了推演,得出了台阶高度、挖掘作业时移设距离、移设步数、推进距离等参数之间的关系,最终推荐黑岱沟露天矿8750-65型拉斗铲采用"往返推进式"作业方式。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of shovel operation and reduce the cost of operation, the operation radius of shovel is analyzed from three aspects: the radius of brush sliver, the minimum radius of excavation and the maximum reasonable radius of excavating. According to the equipment parameters of the 8750-65 type shovel and the specific working conditions, the initial state of the shovel is reversed, and then it is pushed in one direction. The operation mode of round-trip propulsion and other kinds of operations are deduced, and the relationship between the parameters such as step height, moving distance, moving step number, pushing distance and so on is obtained. Finally, it is recommended that 8750-65 type shovel of Heidaigou opencast mine adopt round trip propulsive mode.
