悬臂式掘进机机载支护作业平台的研发与应用

【摘要】:为实现煤巷机械化快速掘进与架棚(U型钢)支护协调配套的技术要求,研发了悬臂式掘进机机载支护作业平台,确定了该作业平台总体结构方案及技术参数,作业平台采用"分级控制,顺序伸缩"的操纵方式,将人工架设顶梁升级为机械挑梁,缩短了架棚支护时间。该作业平台在林南仓矿煤巷掘进中进行了工业性试验,现场测试表明:作业平台与悬臂式掘进机配套使用,架棚支护时间缩短22.2%,掘进日进尺由原来的6.3~7.0 m增加到7.7~8.4 m,掘进进尺平均提高20%。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the technical requirements of supporting coordination between mechanized quick driving of coal roadway and support of frame roof U-shaped steel, a platform for airborne support of cantilever roadheader was developed, and the overall structure scheme and technical parameters of the platform were determined. The operation platform adopts the operation mode of "hierarchical control, sequentially telescopic" to upgrade the artificial overhead beam to mechanical cantilever beam. The working platform was used in the roadway excavation of Linnan Cang Coal Mine. The field test showed that the platform was used in conjunction with the cantilever roadheader. The supporting time of frame shed is shortened by 22.2m, the daily advance of driving is increased from 6.3m to 7.78.4m, and the average length of driving is increased by 20%.
