井下无轨运人设备车厢防护结构试验方法的研究

【摘要】:我国对地面车辆车厢结构提出了安全技术要求和评价方法,但对矿山井下无轨运人设备车厢防护结构相关可靠性评价研究尚未开展。通过对国内外汽车被动安全法规和碰撞试验法规的对比和分析,结合无轨运人车在井下使用的实际情况,提出了矿山井下无轨运人设备车厢防护结构的试验程序。该试验程序为矿山井下无轨运人设备车厢安全评价提供了一种试验方法,并设计了相应的加载试验平台。
[Abstract]:In our country, the safety technical requirements and evaluation methods for the structure of ground vehicles are put forward. However, the research on the reliability evaluation of the protective structure of trackless human equipment in underground mines has not been carried out. Through the comparison and analysis of the passive safety regulations and collision test regulations of domestic and foreign automobiles, Combined with the actual situation of trackless human vehicle used in underground, the test procedure for the protective structure of trackless human transport equipment compartment in underground mine is put forward. The test procedure provides a test method for the safety evaluation of trackless human transport equipment carriage in underground mine. The loading test platform is designed.
