170T电传动自卸车发动机系统设计及散热技术研究

【摘要】:电传动自卸车广泛应用于大型施工现场的露天矿物料运输。超大功率发动机是该专用车辆的动力来源,作为发动机辅件的关键技术之一-冷却系统的设计是电传动自卸车高效低成本运行的强力保证。本文对170T电传动自卸车进行了发动机辅件总体设计和散热关键技术研究。1)根据整车工况和性能要求,通过同类型产品类比分析和功率匹配计算两种方法,完成170T电传动自卸车的发动机选型,确定为康明斯Cummins K2000E,额定功率1492kW,额定转速1900rpm,之后设计出发动机辅件总体结构方案。2)按照发动机冷却需求,匹配冷却风扇,计算高低温冷却水两回路的散热能力,设计出适用性高的铜质管带式高低温并联散热器,部分解决170T电传动自卸车的散热难题。3)基于装机实验,改进进气管路联接、冷却风扇罩和防热风回流3部分结构设计,提升发动机辅件的可靠性和经济性。通过理论计算分析和实验结果验证,表明本文提出的发动机辅件总体方案和散热技术切实可行,保证了170T电传动自卸车动力强劲、经济可靠。
[Abstract]:The electrically driven dump truck is widely used in the surface mine material transportation of large construction site. The super power engine is the power source of the special purpose vehicle. As one of the key technology of engine accessory, the design of cooling system is the strong guarantee of high efficiency and low cost operation of electric drive dump truck. In this paper, the overall design of engine accessory and the key technology of heat dissipation for 170T electric drive dump truck are carried out. According to the vehicle operating conditions and performance requirements, By means of analogical analysis and power matching calculation of the same type of products, the engine selection of 170T electric drive dump truck is completed. Determined as Cummins Cummins K2000E, rated power 1492kW, rated speed 1900rpm, and then designed the overall structural scheme of engine accessories .2According to the cooling requirements of the engine, matching the cooling fan, the heat dissipation capacity of the two circuits of high and low temperature cooling water was calculated. A high and low temperature parallel radiator with high and low temperature for copper tube with high applicability is designed, which partly solves the heat dissipation problem of 170T electric drive dump truck. Based on the installation experiment, it improves the connection of the intake pipe, the cooling fan cover and the anti-hot air backflow. The reliability and economy of the auxiliary parts of the engine are promoted. Through theoretical calculation, analysis and experimental results, it is proved that the overall scheme and heat dissipation technology of the engine accessories presented in this paper are feasible, and the 170T electric drive dump truck is guaranteed to be strong in power. The economy is reliable.
