风险预控管理在盾构施工煤矿斜井工程中的应用研究

【摘要】:盾构法作为一种成熟的隧道施工方法,在铁路、公路、市政、水电领域有着广泛应用。但该工法在煤矿中的应用是一个崭新的课题,无现成规范和工程实例可以借鉴,对于神华新街台格庙矿区大埋深、长距离煤矿斜井施工将面临深部高地应力、高水压、开采扰动等恶劣、复杂工作环境的挑战及风险。风险预控作为国内煤矿安全管理最有效方法,具有理念先进、方法科学、应用有效的特点。把风险预控管理法应用到盾构施工新街台格庙煤矿试验斜井工程建设安全管理中,必将对盾构安全、高效、顺利施工提供强有力的安全保障作用。
[Abstract]:As a mature method of tunnel construction, shield method is widely used in railway, highway, municipal and hydropower fields. However, its application in coal mine is a new subject, and there are no ready-made specifications and engineering examples to learn from it. For the deep mining area of Shenhuaxinjie Taigemiao mine, the construction of inclined wells in long distance coal mines will be faced with bad conditions such as deep high ground stress, high water pressure, mining disturbance, etc. The challenge and risk of complex working environment. As the most effective method of coal mine safety management in China, risk pre-control has advanced ideas and scientific methods. Applying the effective characteristics, applying the risk pre-control management method to the construction safety management of the trial inclined well engineering in Xinjie Taemiao coal mine during shield construction, it will provide a powerful safety guarantee for the shield machine safety, high efficiency and smooth construction.
