矿用胶轮车工作制动器的参数化设计的研究

【摘要】:随着煤矿无轨胶轮车品种日益更新,新的无轨胶轮车的出现,势必会带来工作制动器重新的研发。由于重新研发工作制动器必须根据无轨胶轮车制动系统的性能参数和结构参数以及它将来的工作状况,所以工作量非常大。而无轨胶轮车上的工作制动器,除尺寸大小不一样外,结构形状和工作原理都一样。为了解决这个问题,需要设计一款软件,通过输入几个参数就可以在绘图软件中生成所有的零件图和装配图。本课题受某企业委托以WC5矿用胶轮车的工作制动器(以下简称“工作制动器”)为载体,对工作制动器参数化设计进行研究,最终得到工作制动器参数化设计的软件。本课题主要研究内容如下:确定工作制动器的制动力矩的计算、摩擦片个数的计算和弹簧设计的计算模型,并对工作制动器的零部件进行归类。在Access数据库管理软件中对工作制动器标准件的数据建立数据库,采用ADO访问技术连接数据库,用SQL查询语言进行数据的查询。对工作制动器参数化设计软件进行界面设计,包括菜单设计和对话框设计。对工作制动器的所有零部件和总图进行编程,并进行零件图和总图的调试,最终完成整个工作制动器参数化设计软件的研制。本课题对工作制动器进行参数化设计的研究,最终目的是以MicrosoftVisual C++为开发环境、C++为开发语言在CAXA软件中设计出一套工作制动器参数化绘图软件,只要在软件设计界面上输入几个重要的参数,计算机就可以自动进行设计,同时能够出来一套工作制动器的图纸。大大提高了工作制动器的设计效率,因此开发这套软件具有重要意义和应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the increasing variety of coal mine trackless rubber wheel vehicle, the emergence of new trackless rubber wheel vehicle, It will inevitably lead to a new development of the working brake. Since the re-development of the working brake must be based on the performance parameters and structural parameters of the braking system of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle and its future working conditions, So the workload is very heavy. And the brake on the trackless rubber wheel, except for the different sizes, is the same structure and working principle. In order to solve this problem, we need to design a software. All part drawings and assembly drawings can be generated in the drawing software by inputting a few parameters. This subject is commissioned by a certain enterprise to take the working brake (hereinafter referred to as "working brake") of WC5 mine rubber wheel car as the carrier. The parameterized design of working brake is studied, and the software of parameterized design of working brake is obtained. The main contents of this subject are as follows: determining the calculation of braking moment of working brake, In the Access database management software, the database of the standard parts of the working brake is established, and the database is connected by using the ADO access technology. The interface design of parameterized design software of working brake, including menu design and dialog box design, is carried out with SQL query language. All parts and general drawing of working brake are programmed. Finally, the parameterized design software of the whole working brake is developed, and the parametric design of the working brake is studied. The final purpose is to design a parametric drawing software for working brake in CAXA software with MicrosoftVisual C as the development language. As long as several important parameters are input into the software design interface, the computer can design automatically. At the same time, it can produce a set of drawing of the working brake, which greatly improves the design efficiency of the working brake, so the development of the software is of great significance and application value.
