供应链环境下的煤业集团供应商评价与选择研究

【摘要】:煤炭在我国能源消费结构中占有重要地位,达到百分之七十左右,我国煤炭资源主要由少数几家煤业集团负责生产。我国煤业集团在改制以后,逐步走上了专业化、规范化的发展道路,但其供应链和供应商管理由于行政背景,市场化程度始终不高。煤炭行业物资采购数量巨大,品种繁多,而且所购物资关系到生产的安全性,直接与生命财产相关,因此科学合理地评价和选择供应商对煤业集团尤为重要。本文在研究供应链和供应商关系管理的基础上,考虑煤业集团供应链和供应商的特点,对煤业集团的供应商运用定性与定量的方法进行分类研究及选择评价研究。论文首先讨论供应链及供应商选择相关理论,并考虑煤炭行业区别于其他行业的特殊性,构建了煤业集团的供应链模型,为煤业集团供应链下供应商选择提供了理论基础;分析了煤业集团供应商管理的现状,根据煤业集团的特性对供应商进行分类;采用AHP层次分析法和TOPSIS方法构建了评价指标体系及评价模型,使用Matlab软件实现模型计算,从而实现对供应商的优化选择;最后以H煤业集团为例进行实证研究,详细阐述了本文所提出的AHP和TOPSIS复合评价选择模型在煤业集团供应商评价选择中的实际应用。结果表明,该方法综合考虑煤业集团的实际需求,计算方便,所得结果符合实际情况,方便煤业集团更好的选择供应商。煤炭行业物资采购工作复杂,其需求物资关系到生产的安全性,直接与生命财产挂钩。因此,科学合理地选择供应商对煤业集团来说意义尤为重大。供应链环境下的复合评价模型供应商选择策略的构建坚持了按需选择、实事求是的原则,有利于减轻煤业集团物资采购工作人员的工作负担,保障企业生产运作系统的顺畅高效运行。
[Abstract]:Coal occupies an important position in the energy consumption structure of our country, reaching about 70%. The coal resources in our country are mainly produced by a few coal industry groups. The standard development road, but its supply chain and supplier management, because of the administrative background, the marketization degree is not high all the time. The coal industry material purchase quantity is huge, the variety is various, moreover the purchase material relates to the production security, Because it is directly related to life and property, it is very important to evaluate and select suppliers scientifically and reasonably. Based on the study of supply chain and supplier relationship management, this paper considers the characteristics of supply chain and supplier in coal industry group. Qualitative and quantitative methods are used to classify and evaluate the suppliers of coal industry group. Firstly, the relevant theories of supply chain and supplier selection are discussed in this paper, and the particularity of coal industry is considered, which is different from other industries. The supply chain model of coal industry group is constructed, which provides a theoretical basis for supplier selection under coal industry group supply chain, analyzes the current situation of supplier management in coal industry group, and classifies suppliers according to the characteristics of coal industry group. The evaluation index system and evaluation model are constructed by AHP Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and TOPSIS method, and the model calculation is realized by using Matlab software, so as to realize the optimal selection of suppliers. The practical application of AHP and TOPSIS compound evaluation and selection model proposed in this paper in supplier evaluation and selection of coal industry group is described in detail. The results show that the method synthetically takes into account the actual demand of coal industry group and is convenient for calculation. The results are in line with the actual situation and facilitate the coal industry group to better select suppliers. The procurement of materials in the coal industry is complicated, and its demand for materials is related to the safety of production and is directly linked to life and property. It is very important for coal industry group to select suppliers scientifically and reasonably. In the environment of supply chain, the construction of supplier selection strategy of compound evaluation model adheres to the principle of selecting on demand and seeking truth from facts. It is beneficial to lighten the working burden of the material purchasing staff of coal industry group and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production and operation system of the enterprise.
