微细粒赤铁矿阳离子反浮选工艺研究

【摘要】:赤铁矿是我国最重要的铁矿资源,其储量最大,分布最广,资源储量达到200多亿t,占我国铁矿总储量的50%以上,具有巨大的开发利用价值和潜力。根据司家营矿区赤铁矿浮选给矿的特点,开发出适用于司家营选矿厂的阳离子反浮选工艺,实现简化药剂制度,降低浮选成本的目的。阳离子捕收剂筛选试验中,通过四种新型阳离子捕收剂在不同的条件下的粗选试验,筛选出较理想的捕收剂为HBLH-1和HBLH-2。药剂制度试验中,利用单因素条件试验和正交试验法确定HBLH-1和HBLH-2合理的药剂制度,最终,只有捕收剂HBLH-1得到了较好的试验指标。在粗选捕收剂用量300g/t,抑制剂用量1500g/t,精选捕收剂用量75g/t的药剂制度下经过一次粗选一次精选成功得到精矿品位65.22%,回收率70.83%的良好指标。流程试验中,为保证闭路流程试验中的精矿品位,开路流程试验中将捕收剂HBLH-1的药剂用量进行了调节,在粗选捕收剂用量300g/t,抑制剂用量1500g/t,精选捕收剂用量100g/t,扫选抑制剂用量均为600g/t的药剂制度下,经过一粗一精二扫的开路流程获得精矿品位67.03%、回收率65.50%、尾矿品位7.33%的试验指标。最终,稳定的闭路流程得到浮选指标为精矿品位65.10%、回收率85.93%、尾矿品位11.91%。机理分析中,从矿物表明的吸附自由能,溶液中化学平衡和矿物表面动电位变化等方面分析了阳离子反浮选过程的反应原理。
[Abstract]:Hematite is the most important iron ore resource in China. Its reserves are the largest and most widely distributed. The reserves of hematite amount to more than 20 billion tons, accounting for more than 50% of the total reserves of iron ore in China. According to the characteristics of hematite floatation feed ore in Sijiaying mining area, a cationic reverse flotation process suitable for Sijiaying concentrator is developed, and the reagents system is simplified. The aim of reducing the cost of flotation. In the screening test of cationic collector, the ideal collector is HBLH-1 and HBLH-2in the experiment of screening cationic collector under different conditions. The rational medicament system of HBLH-1 and HBLH-2 was determined by single factor conditional test and orthogonal test. Only the collector HBLH-1 got a better test index. The concentrate grade of 65.22g / t was obtained under the system of crude collector dosage 300g / t, inhibitor dosage 1500g / t, and selective collector dosage 75g / t. After one rough selection, the concentrate grade was 65.22g / t, and the recovery rate was 70.83%%. Good indicators. In process testing, In order to ensure concentrate grade in closed-circuit process test, the dosage of collector HBLH-1 was adjusted in open-circuit process test. Under the system of 300 g / t of crude collector, 1500 g / t of inhibitor, 100 g / t of selected collector, and 600 g / t of scavenging inhibitor, Through the open-circuit process of one coarse, one fine and two sweep, the concentrate grade is 67.03, the recovery rate is 65.50 and the tailings grade is 7.33%. Finally, the stable closed-circuit process obtains the flotation index of concentrate grade 65.1010, recovery rate 85.93 and tailing grade 11.91.Mechanism analysis, The reaction principle of cationic reverse flotation process was analyzed from the aspects of adsorption free energy, chemical equilibrium in solution and change of mineral surface dynamic potential.
