堤坝下采煤沉陷规律及治理技术研究

【摘要】:论文以堤坝下采煤为主要研究对象,以堤坝下采煤堤坝沉陷规律为主要研究内容,以鲍店矿十采区为原型,通过现场实测、理论分析等手段,主要获得以下结论:(1)研究了鲍店矿十采区在进行堤坝下采煤时所引起的堤坝移动变形规律,掌握了堤坝下采煤堤坝的动静态沉陷规律,当工作面推进到河堤下时,堤坝下沉剧烈且集中,此时应对堤防加强巡视,防止险情发生。分别获得了鲍店矿十采区3上和3下工作面开采地表移动的概率积分法预计参数。堤坝移动变形与地表移动变形基本一致,基本上随着地表的变形而变形。(2)采用各种线性以及非线性模型研究了开采沉陷地表下沉数据插值的方法。研究结果表明,三次样条曲线函数模型能够较好的对少量测点数据的丢失进行插值。BP神经网络模型能够充分利用前期的观测数据,对较多测点的丢失数据进行插值,且效果很好。(3)充分利用鲍店矿十采区已有的8个工作面的观测数据,采用合适的插值方法,将倾向观测线的下沉数据进行叠加,获得超充分采动时的地表移动规律,并回归分析了倾向线宽深比与下沉系数的关系。结果表明,地表下沉系数与宽深比之间呈二次函数关系。当宽深比逐渐增大时,下沉系数逐渐增大;当宽深比达超过一定值后,下沉系数趋于某一定值。(4)分析了概率积分法边缘误差的原因,研究了堤坝下采煤煤柱上方预计下沉值的修正模型,获得了鲍店矿十采区煤柱上方预计下沉值的修正公式及适用范围。(5)根据103上08工作面具体地质采矿条件,结合前面的研究成果,确定了概率积分法预计参数,并进行了开采沉陷预计,给出了地表下沉、倾斜、曲率、水平移动、水平变形等值线图,分别分析了103上08工作面开采后对河堤产生的影响。(6)介绍了堤坝下采煤的综合治理措施和堤防治理技术。结合103上08工作面开采的实际情况,提出了适用于该工作面开采的堤防综合治理措施。
[Abstract]:This paper takes coal mining under dike as the main research object, takes the law of mining dike subsidence under dike as the main research content, and takes Baodian mining area as prototype, through field measurement, theoretical analysis and so on. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the law of movement and deformation of the dike caused by mining under the dike in Baodian No. 10 mining area is studied, and the dynamic and dynamic subsidence law of the mining dyke under the dike is mastered. When the working face is pushed under the river embankment, The dike subsidence is intense and concentrated, at this time should strengthen the inspection of the embankment, The probabilistic integral method for mining surface movement in No. 3 and 3 working faces of Baodian Coal Mine is obtained respectively. The movement and deformation of embankment and dam are basically consistent with those of surface movement. The interpolation method of mining subsidence data is studied by using various linear and nonlinear models. The results show that, The cubic spline curve function model can interpolate the data loss of a small number of measured points. BP neural network model can make full use of the previous observation data to interpolate the lost data of more measured points. And the effect is very good. (3) make full use of the observed data of 8 working faces in Baodian No. 10 mining area, adopt the appropriate interpolation method, stack the subsidence data of the inclined observation line, and obtain the law of surface movement in the case of super full mining. The regression analysis shows that there is a quadratic function relationship between the slanting coefficient and the ratio of width to depth. When the ratio of width to depth increases gradually, the subsidence coefficient increases gradually, and when Prida exceeds a certain value, the subsidence coefficient increases gradually. The reason of margin error of probabilistic integration method is analyzed, and the modified model of predicted subsidence value above coal pillar under dike is studied. According to the concrete geological and mining conditions of No. 08 face in No. 103 face, the prediction parameters of probability integration method are determined according to the specific geological mining conditions of No. 10 coal pillar in Baodian Coal Mine. The mining subsidence prediction is carried out, and the contour maps of surface subsidence, tilt, curvature, horizontal movement and horizontal deformation are given. This paper analyzes the influence of mining on river embankment in 103-Shang08 face, respectively. It introduces the comprehensive treatment measures and embankment treatment technology under embankment, and combines with the actual situation of mining in 103-Shang08 face. The comprehensive treatment measures for dikes suitable for mining face are put forward.
