带式输送机节能调速控制系统研究

【摘要】:近年来随着经济增速持续放缓、能源结构不断优化和调整、生态环境限制等原因,我国对煤炭的需求量持续下降,并且煤炭行业产能过剩严重。带式输送机是煤矿生产中主要的运输设备,煤炭生产的间断性,决定了其运输负载的不均衡性,带式输送机一般是按照煤矿生产的峰值能力考虑一定的冗余系数确定的。所以进行带式输送机节能调速控制系统研究对减少企业生产投入,建设生态环境友好型煤炭企业具有一定的重要意义。本文针对煤炭企业主要运输设备带式输送机效率低、能量消耗过高这一现状,主要研究工作如下:通过对影响带式输送机功率的参数进行研究,分析了当运量改变时改变带速对减少带式输送机功耗的效果,确定节能方法。通过分析带速和物料单位长度质量对带式输送机运行阻力产生的功耗的影响,得到了在满足输送带强度前提下运量和带速的匹配关系,进而为减少带式输送机运行的功耗提供理论依据。为了分析带式输送机参数对控制系统的影响,运用神经网络建立了带速、运量和功耗的功耗模型,通过粒子群算法对模型参数进行了优化,得出了煤量与带速之间的合理匹配关系。运用模糊控制算法理论设计了带式输送机模糊控制器,并针对带式输送机系统的模型利用模糊控制策略通过MATLAB进行仿真。在Simulink中对带式输送机模糊控制器建立仿真模型,仿真结果表明,所建立的模糊控制器具有良好的控制效果。最后设计了带式输送机节能调速控制系统实验,以STM32单片机作为实验的核心控制器,通过称重传感器采集重量信号,STM32单片机对输入数据与设定值进行比较分析后,输出不同占空比的PWM控制信号来实现电机的转速控制。实验结果表明所设计的称重调速控制系统实时性好,可扩展性强,基本实现了控制要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the economic growth rate continuing to slow down, the energy structure continuously optimized and adjusted, and the ecological environment restricted, the demand for coal in our country has continued to decline. Belt conveyor is the main transportation equipment in coal mine production. The discontinuity of coal production determines the imbalance of transportation load. The belt conveyor is usually determined by considering certain redundancy coefficient according to the peak capacity of coal mine production. Therefore, the research on the energy saving and speed regulation control system of belt conveyor will reduce the production input of enterprises. It is of great significance to build eco-environment friendly coal enterprises. This paper aims at the low efficiency and high energy consumption of belt conveyors, the main transportation equipment of coal enterprises. The main research work is as follows: by studying the parameters that affect the power of belt conveyor, the effect of changing the belt speed on reducing the power consumption of belt conveyor is analyzed. By analyzing the influence of belt speed and material per unit length mass on the power consumption of belt conveyor running resistance, the matching relationship between transport volume and belt speed is obtained under the premise of satisfying the belt strength. In order to analyze the influence of belt conveyor parameters on the control system, a power consumption model with speed, capacity and power consumption is established by using neural network. The model parameters are optimized by particle swarm optimization, and the reasonable matching relationship between coal quantity and belt speed is obtained. The fuzzy controller of belt conveyor is designed by using fuzzy control algorithm theory. According to the model of belt conveyor system, the fuzzy control strategy is simulated by MATLAB. The simulation model of the fuzzy controller of belt conveyor is established in Simulink, and the simulation results show that, The fuzzy controller has good control effect. Finally, the experiment of energy saving and speed regulation control system of belt conveyor is designed. The STM32 single chip microcomputer is used as the core controller of the experiment. The input data and the set value are compared and analyzed by using the weighing sensor to collect the weight signal and STM32 single chip computer. The PWM control signal with different duty cycle ratio is output to realize the speed control of the motor. The experimental results show that the designed weighing speed control system has the advantages of good real-time performance, strong expansibility and basic control requirements.
