碱渣-粉煤灰注浆材料强度影响因素的试验研究

【摘要】:为拓宽碱渣利用范围,研制开发了碱渣-粉煤灰注浆材料。通过正交试验研究了粉煤灰与碱渣质量比(A)、液固比(B)与硅酸钠溶液浓度(C)对浆液强度的影响;用极差分析和方差分析讨论了各因素对强度的影响规律,并采用多元二次回归方法分析得到了能够较好表达该注浆材料28 d强度与3个影响因素之间的数学公式;最后拟合出了碱渣-粉煤灰注浆材料强度随龄期变化的发展曲线以及相应表达式。研究表明:因素A为3∶2、因素B为1.1、因素C为3.0 mol/L时,注浆材料28 d强度最高;3 d强度主要受粉煤灰与碱渣质量比控制,7 d、28 d强度受硅酸钠溶液浓度影响最显著;该配合比条件下,强度前期有较快增长,中期是发展最快阶段,25 d左右时,强度趋于稳定但仍有小幅提高,随龄期呈S形增长。
[Abstract]:In order to widen the utilization range of alkali slag, the grouting material of alkali slag and fly ash was developed. The effects of the mass ratio of fly ash to alkali slag (A ~ (1)), liquid / solid ratio (B) and sodium silicate solution (C) on the strength of slurry were studied by orthogonal test. The influence of various factors on strength is discussed by means of range analysis and variance analysis, and the mathematical formula between the 28 d strength of the grouting material and the three influencing factors is obtained by using the multivariate quadratic regression analysis. Finally, the development curve and corresponding expression of the strength of alkali slag fly ash grouting material with age are fitted. The results show that when factor A is 3: 2, factor B is 1.1, factor C is 3.0 mol/L. The maximum strength of grouting material in 28 days is mainly controlled by the mass ratio of fly ash to alkali slag. The influence of concentration of sodium silicate solution on the strength of slurry material is most significant at 7 days and 28 days, and the early strength increases rapidly under the condition of the mixture ratio. The intensity tended to be stable but still increased slightly at the middle stage, which was the fastest stage of development for about 25 days, and increased with the age.
