基于PLC矿用隔爆兼本安型多回路真空组合开关的研发与应用

【摘要】:煤矿井下恶劣的环境,正是由于井下有着大量的爆炸性气体和煤尘,这就要求煤矿井下所有电气设备都必须具有防爆性能。本文研制的组合开关就是根据GB3836-2010标准设计、开发、研制出来的。 本课题的研究主要分为四部分,第一部分是组合开关标准的确立和问题的提出,第二部分是组合开关防爆外壳的设计,第三部分是电气设计和PLC程序的编写,第四部分是各项性能的试验。 在防爆外壳的设计中,运用了Solidworks软件以及其中的simulation模块,并且进行了模型简化,运用了网格控制和网格划分,最后进行了仿真分析,得出了防爆外壳的应力分布图和位移图。给组合开关外壳的设计提供了参考依据。 在电气原理设计和PLC程序的编写中,首先在总体上提出了控制方案,并以此为据设计出了电气原理图。根据“煤矿安全规程”规定:组合开关所具有的保护功能主要包括:漏电保护,过载保护、短路保护、断相保护、欠压保护和过压保护。根据各种不同保护的具体要求,进行梯形图程序的编写。核心的中央控制单元选用了KC02-MD矿用本安模块化可编程控制器。 在试验部分,主要是依据标准要求,完成了组合开关的各项性能试验,包括各种试验数据、图表、界面等。 本文研发的组合开关是根据GB3836.2-2010标准设计的,经试验,符合国家标准要求。
[Abstract]:It is precisely because there are a lot of explosive gas and coal dust in the coal mine that all electrical equipments must have explosion-proof performance. The combined switch developed in this paper is designed and developed according to GB3836-2010 standard. Developed. The research of this subject is mainly divided into four parts. The first part is the establishment of the standard and the problem of the combination switch, the second part is the design of the explosion-proof shell of the combination switch, the third part is the electrical design and the writing of the PLC program. The fourth part is the performance test. In the design of explosion-proof shell, Solidworks software and simulation module are used, and the model is simplified, grid control and grid division are used. Finally, the simulation analysis is carried out. The stress distribution and displacement diagram of the explosion-proof shell are obtained, which provides a reference for the design of the combined switch shell. In the design of electrical principle and the programming of PLC program, the control scheme is put forward as a whole. According to the regulations of Coal Mine Safety Code, the protective functions of the combined switch mainly include: leakage protection, overload protection, short circuit protection, phase break protection, Undervoltage protection and overvoltage protection. According to the specific requirements of various kinds of protection, the trapezoidal diagram program is compiled. The central control unit of the core adopts KC02-MD modular programmable controller for mine safety. In the test part, according to the standard requirements, the performance tests of the combined switch are completed, including all kinds of test data, charts, interfaces and so on. The combined switch developed in this paper is designed according to GB3836.2-2010 standard.
