球形硅藻土的物理成型与结构研究

【摘要】:以硅藻土为主要原料,添加烧结助剂、粘结剂等,控制合适配比,采用物理成型、低温焙烧工艺,制备球形硅藻土材料。结合高分辨扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等手段对材料进行表征,结果表明:在材料的制备过程中,并未发生晶相转变;材料的比表面积随着焙烧温度的升高先增大后减小,在400℃温度下焙烧120 min制备的球形硅藻土具有较理想的孔结构,比表面积达到54.753 m~2/g,总孔容0.1426 cm~3/g,孔径主要集中在3 nm左右。
[Abstract]:Spherical diatomite was prepared with diatomite as the main raw material, adding sintering aids and binder, controlling the appropriate ratio, adopting physical molding and low temperature roasting technology.The materials were characterized by means of high resolution scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that there was no crystal phase transition in the preparation of the materials, and the specific surface area of the materials first increased and then decreased with the increase of calcination temperature.The spherical diatomite prepared by calcination at 400 鈩,
