高窄型充填采场内的拱效应及应力分布状态研究

【摘要】:以地下矿山充填采场为研究对象,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,对高窄型垂直和倾斜充填采场内的拱效应及应力分布状态进行了研究。研究结果表明:实例中高窄型采场内充填体的自重应力为1.06 MPa,经拱效应转移后,底板处的垂直应力仅为0.35 MPa;改进的马斯顿理论计算倾角小于80°的充填采场应力分布情况时结果偏大;采场倾角越大,高窄型充填体内拱效应越明显,靠近围岩两帮处的应力值也越大,而采场中线处的水平应力几乎不受影响。对高窄型采场内充填体的目标强度进行设计时,应考虑拱效应对其自重应力的转移作用,以降低相关经济技术指标。
[Abstract]:The arch effect and stress distribution in high narrow vertical and inclined filling stope are studied by combining theoretical analysis with numerical simulation.The results show that the gravity stress of the backfill in the high narrow stope is 1.06 MPA, and after the arch effect is transferred,The vertical stress at the bottom plate is only 0.35 MPA, the calculated stress distribution of filling stope with inclination angle less than 80 掳is larger by the improved Marston theory, and the arch effect of high narrow filling is more obvious when the slope angle of stope is larger.The stress value near the two sides of surrounding rock is larger, but the horizontal stress in the middle line of stope is almost unaffected.In order to reduce the relevant economic and technical indexes, the transfer effect of arch effect on gravity stress should be taken into account in the design of the target strength of backfill in high narrow stope.
