固氮蓝藻与有孢圆酵母协同作用对非水溶性含钾矿物的提钾研究

【摘要】:研究固氮蓝藻与有孢圆酵母协同作用,提取非水溶性含钾矿物中钾离子的效率。以培养基中的水溶性钾离子浓度为指标,考察了时间和固氮蓝藻对有孢圆酵母提钾效率的影响,同时对浸矿前后的非水溶性含钾矿物进行了粒径、扫描电镜、能谱和X射线衍射分析。在最佳的条件下,即有孢圆酵母在15d、固氮蓝藻存在的条件下可从非水溶性含钾矿物中提取出1.15 mmol/m L的钾离子,提钾效率达到了37.4%。能谱分析显示非水溶性含钾矿物在浸矿前后钾离子的含量有明显变化,粒径、扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析的结果显示有孢圆酵母的溶蚀作用使含钾矿物的晶体结构受到了严重的破坏。因此利用固氮蓝藻与有孢圆酵母协同作用分解非水溶性含钾矿物的特性提取钾离子是一种能耗低、环境友好,具有光明应用前景的方法。
[Abstract]:The synergistic effect of nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria and spore yeast on the extraction efficiency of potassium ions from insoluble potassium bearing minerals was studied.The effects of time and nitrogen fixing cyanobacteria on the extraction efficiency of potassium from circular yeast were investigated with the concentration of water-soluble potassium ions in the medium as the index. The particle size and scanning electron microscope of the insoluble potassium bearing minerals before and after leaching were also studied.Energy spectrum and X-ray diffraction analysis.Under the optimum conditions, the potassium ions of 1.15 mmol/m / L could be extracted from insoluble potassium bearing minerals under the conditions of 15 days in the presence of nitrogen-fixing cyanobacteria, and the extraction efficiency of potassium reached 37.4%.Energy spectrum analysis showed that the content of potassium ions in insoluble potassium minerals changed obviously before and after leaching.The results of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the crystal structure of the potassium bearing minerals was seriously damaged by the dissolution of rotunda cerevisiae.Therefore, it is a method with low energy consumption, friendly environment and bright application prospect to decompose insoluble potassium minerals by nitrogen fixing cyanobacteria and circular yeast.
